“Sean helped me today and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Superb customer service. He helped me find everything I needed and then I picked up my order from their warehouse a few minutes later. I’m not sure the communication between the store and the warehouse is good though. When we got there we had to wander around trying to find any living being — the doors were open but nobody was there until we spotted someone at the warehouse area itself. Neither did they anticipate the pick up. They did end up putting our mattress together for us though.”

“I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.”

Joe came and installed the Murphy bed today - it was fast efficient and I am more than please with the construction and quality of the bed and mattress. The cabinet has a perfect finish, the springs and handles are high quality and mattress is comfortable. Nice organic cotton top. The bed lowers easily. Professionalism, quality and genuinely honest and awesome small business! I am so happy I went with Murphy Bed Place rather than purchasing somewhere else. If I need another one - I would purchase from these guys again. Joe is one old school traditional honest small business guy that backs up his work.”

“Visited the Purple Mattress Showroom in Seattle today intending to learn about the Purple Mattress choices as I've been researching various brands for about a month. My plan was just to check them out and then go up the street to visit another brand I'd been leaning towards.On arrival was greeted by Jessie. We discussed what I was looking for my next mattress to do and what I didn't like about my current mattress. She directed me straight to a model that she thought would best suit me. From there we looked at several alternatives such as firmer or softer, more or less support etc. I ultimately ended up purchasing the original model Jessie showed me. During the hour or so I spent in the store I found it a great positive experience. Jessie knows her products very well, was professional in her manner and not pushy in any way at all. Looking at many mattresses types and constructions you get a lot of information and it can easily get forgotten in conversation. She was very patient as I know I had her repeating several things as I narrowed down all the models to my final choice.I really didn't expect to finalize a purchase there today but I was so impressed with the products and service that I saw no reason to look anymore. I'm confident I've made a great choice but at the same time I know they'll take care of me if I want to change.”
