He didn't oversell us on any one good mattress, but rather pushed us gently towards an option we would've likely found anyways, after just experimenting more with time than money. That price being expensive, but heavily discounted.

“Absolutely the best. Timothy is so nice and accommodating. He delivered a new long twin mattress for us in Bellingham. He was able to lengthen our existing twin to turn it into a twin xl. We could then put the two together to make a separated king. These are seriously the most comfortable mattresses I’ve come across, and at a great price. And they aren’t off-gassing chemicals while you are sleeping!”

“Nothing can beat your local providers, and SMC shows why that is the case. Being tall, I finally wanted to splurge on an extra long bed. SMC recommended the best option I could find at a reasonable price, with their in house brand. It was obvious to me during my visit that they are in their store, to help recommend the best product for me. The team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer our questions, let us try a variety of mattresses, and never made us feel pressured. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit.
Once we chose our mattress, delivery was easy and seamless. About a week later, we realized it was just a little firmer than we wanted. The team came back to our home and exchanged it for a slightly softer model at no additional cost. The customer service was awesome.

“The service was great at the downtown Seattle location, and we’re happy with our futon and mattress. If you’re buying from them because you want an environmentally friendly product, just be aware that ours arrived in several large boxes full of plastic and styrofoam, and the mattress was rolled up in about 8 layers of plastic wrap. This is pretty disappointing from a company that markets themselves as environmentally/socially responsible.”
