“So happy to buy a good matress at a decent price from a local and family owned store. Very lovely staff, Trinity was amazing and so helpful. Highly recommended for a new mattress.”

“The did a good job with ordering and delivery. Delivery was quickly arranged for a few days after ordering the mattresses. The guys arrived on time. However I had to repeat a few things several times as they did not seem to understand English. They also attempted to load a base from one of the rooms to their truck and I had to redirect them after already discussing with them that it needed to go to a different bedroom.”

“Had a great experience buying our new bed today. Hayden was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He made things super easy to understand and helped guide us to our best option. Overall great experience and in 15-20 years when we need a new mattress, we will come back!”

“Patrick was a handsome old fart worth befriending for his sense of humor alone. He didn't oversell us on any one good mattress, but rather pushed us gently towards an option we would've likely found anyways, after just experimenting more with time than money. That price being expensive, but heavily discounted. We felt candidly welcome here, past the beaucratric logistics of buying one's own bed.”

“Hayden greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We talked about what I was looking for in a bed and my price range. I spent a bit more than I planned but he let me try out a number of mattress that met my requirements and I picked out the one that I thought was the most comfortable. There was no pressure and he let the mattresses speak for themselves. He also worked with me to set up delivery as I needed a different window than first available. I'm really excited to get my new bed and will recommend this store to anyone who asks.”

“Timothy was nice and accommodating. He helped us create a specially-shaped two-part mattress for our folding couch, and added high-quality organic cotton cover material for free so that we could fashion a custom cover for the mattress.”

“Joe and his company were just what I was looking for! Joe worked with me over the phone and I knew exactly what I wanted from looking at the website. We went on vacation and Joe came to our home upon our return and delivered and installed our Murphy bed quickly, carefully, and with our needs considered! I wish all companies lived up to their mission as well as this company does! I will happily recommend Joe and the Murphy Bed Place to anyone!”

“Sean helped me today and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Superb customer service. He helped me find everything I needed and then I picked up my order from their warehouse a few minutes later. I’m not sure the communication between the store and the warehouse is good though. When we got there we had to wander around trying to find any living being — the doors were open but nobody was there until we spotted someone at the warehouse area itself. Neither did they anticipate the pick up. They did end up putting our mattress together for us though.”

“I was looking for a new king-size mattress and wanted something made with more natural, organic materials. After learning about 45th Street Bedding at Bedrooms & More, I decided to visit the store—and I’m so glad I did. The team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer our questions, let us try a variety of mattresses, and never made us feel pressured. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit. Once we chose our mattress, delivery was easy and seamless. About a week later, we realized it was just a little firmer than we wanted. The team came back to our home and exchanged it for a slightly softer model at no additional cost. The customer service was awesome. The best part is that I’m sleeping better than ever. I’m more comfortable, more cozy, and waking up feeling rested in a way I haven’t experienced in years. Thank you to everyone at Bedrooms & More and 45th Street Bedding for making the entire experience so positive. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.”

“Leo was very kind and helpful from the moment I called. He assured me our expensive lamp could be fixed once the parts were ordered. Sure enough, right on schedule, I get a text saying the lamp is fixed and works perfectly!”

“They focus on quality furniture and offer expert staff who are, quite frankly, a joy to interact with. My favorite feature of the place is the way that I am forever finding the thing that I need there, and frequently I can find it on sale or a floor model, so that I always feel a bit of serendipity shopping.”

“Great place. Check out their website. They are doing things right. Eco-friendly and good business practices. Everyone helping with customer service has been great too. Also, the futon is super comfortable. It's a really great product.”

“Bought three mattresses when we opted to move from boatlife to landlife after five years. Great local company with awesome customer service. Didn’t flinch when my kids spent 45 minutes testing the showroom for their new mattresses. Delivery by Isreal was professional and fast - a total pro even with a fourth floor walk-up. Highly recommend.”

“We’re in the market for a new mattress, and it’s amazing how much mattress technology has evolved since we bought our last one 15 years ago — and how much our preferences have changed too. After trying a few traditional options, we stopped by our local Purple store to explore their innovative cooling mattresses. We were assisted by Emma, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the right mattress (we ended up with the Restore Premier). She was knowledgeable and, most importantly, exceptionally patient—taking the time to answer all our questions, sometimes more than once. Emma struck the perfect balance of being attentive while also giving us the space and time to try out different options comfortably. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend working with her!”

“The service was great at the downtown Seattle location, and we’re happy with our futon and mattress. If you’re buying from them because you want an environmentally friendly product, just be aware that ours arrived in several large boxes full of plastic and styrofoam, and the mattress was rolled up in about 8 layers of plastic wrap. This is pretty disappointing from a company that markets themselves as environmentally/socially responsible.”
