“My new go-to auto shop! They have all 5 stars for a reason. Called in 30 minutes before closing to get a full synthetic oil change and politely said they could do it on top of their prices being much cheaper than the competitors in the area.
Not only that, but my car was leaking BEFORE the oil change and I called them a couple days after my first service to see if they could fix/check it out. They kindly checked it out for no charge and received a longtime customer. I’ve been to numerous big name and locally owned auto shops in Everett throughout the years but A1 Oil Services is the place to go. Ethical and kind business. Don’t hesitate!”

They always make time for what ever issue or concern i come in with. They explain so greatly even take videos to show me the issue. “In need of just an oil change and basic inspection, a nearby Jiffy Lube was a colossal fail. After I checked to see if they could even service my vehicle and waiting, they told me they were unable. On a previous occasion, I noticed they left the antifreeze coolant on low because they didn't stock that type and didn't bother to tell me or put that on their inspection report. The Kenmore Grease Monkey was fast, their lobby was kept immaculately clean, and even had Keurig and beverages available. The service was excellent and the feedback on the car services was transparent and professionally communicated. Austin, the manager, runs a good operation. I didn't get the name of the Korean technician, but he was knowledgeable and also extremely courteous and professional. This review is a few weeks late, but I wanted to acknowledge their service and give this location the positive feedback it deserves.”

“I have to say, I'm super impressed with the team at Jeff's. Got my old 2008 Lexus into the lot just as it died, and they went over everything with a fine toothed comb. I got the estimate via text message, and walked through it with Brandon. Then, Brandon worked on getting cheaper parts!! He saved me about $900 off the original estimate. Who does that these days?!?
And as promised, my car runs like new, ready for another 100k miles. Super friendly, excellent advice, and outstanding knowledge. Can't say enough good things about Jeff's!
*Adding on another great experience. I brought a project car in for some assistance with the oil pan, and they were happy to give me an itemized list of things to fix on it, broken down into high, medium and low priority. Plus, they pointed out things I would need them for, once I got to that point. They did this for my Lexus, too, and I find it super helpful, since they tell you things that will need some attention *before* it becomes a problem.”
“We were driving our car on literally our second day in the US (tourists from Germany) when we got a flat tire. It had been “fixed” by another auto mechanic, but the team at Jiffy Lube was incredibly kind to us — they re-checked our wheel and found the real issue: a nail in the tire. They then sent us to another branch, where the tire was properly fixed. A big, genuine thank you for your humane approach and for being so helpful and kind. Amazing people!”

“Had to make an emergency stop here on my way to see my mom in the hospital. Brakes were failing and it was just a couple hours before closing on a Saturday. Not only did David and the mechanic diagnose the issue but they were also able to fix the car same day. Our 2009 Ford Escape needed new brake calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines. Total came to just over $1500. I have no basis upon which to judge the price, but I super appreciate David and team getting us squared away the same day. David was kind, patient, and joked around with my 5 year old son. Thanks so much David and team for helping us out. I really appreciated it!”

“I purchased a Ford Exploer from Carsons Cars I loved. Not long after purchase I was having an issue with the brakes. Grinding noise and loud screech. I called up Carsons Cars they said bring it to the shop. They got me in immediately and my car was repaired within 2 days. I am happy to say is running great and I appreciate the staff here who made sure my car was running properly and safely! It's a real peace of mind knowing they stand behind the cars they sell!”
“Fast and friendly service! I got there a the perfect time that there was a spot open. I was able to stay in the car while my oil change was completed. They gave me recommendations on what services I need based on my mileage. But they were never pushy on me getting it done the same day. The recommendations were expected and they gave a quote for when I was ready to come in.”
