“I came in for an overdue oil change today and was greeted with friendly faces. They checked my lights and found my right break light was out and December 2025: I hadn't a clue. They offered to change my wipers and showed how poorly they looked and let me know they had a 50% off sale today. I got my wipers changed, my light fixed, my oil change done, and my tire air checked. I feel set and ready for the road for my new job tomorrow!
Aug 2026: Still a great location. Greg took great care of my car today. He asked to check the passenger air filter and nobody has ever asked before. Turns out there was a mouse nest in it! He got it all out and once I left, my fan made a rough noise so I returned right away. He investigated and some of the mice nest debris got stuck in the fan. He cleared it out for me any my car was back to normal. AC is working much better now too! Thanks so much Greg!

“I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location several times, and I’ve always had a great experience with the entire team. They consistently do a great job and are always friendly, professional, and helpful.
Most recently, my car started smoking and even though it wasn’t something they were able to repair, they still went out of their way to help me find a place that could fix it and helped me figure out how to get my car there safely. I really appreciated that they took the time to help me even when it was outside of the services they provide.

“I had an issue where an oil filter seal failed immediately after my service, causing a significant leak. While that was a scary situation, the management and team at this shop handled the mistake with absolute integrity. They came out to me immediately, replaced the part, topped off the fluid, and took the vehicle back to properly degrease the engine and undercarriage. They did all of this without a single bit of pushback, offered to cover a third-party inspection, and took full accountability. Mistakes happen, but a shop that stands by its work and treats customers with this level of honesty and respect deserves five stars. Thank you for making a stressful situation right!”

I've brought several cars here and will continue to bring any car here for my oil change. On top of that they vacuum and give a free car wash with your receipt that doesn't expire.”

“Matt , Mike, and Nate were amazing. I have 2016 4runner and the oil filter can was stuck and the plastic part broke off. Matt ordered the aftermarket metal replacement from O’Reilly and replaced it, only charing me for the part. Great teamwork and customer service by these guys!”
“I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change. I moved father away from this location and I still make the trip. Honest and reasonable prices, never try and upsell me. If they recommend something they literally show me what and why. There’s usually a coupon online as well. My partner went to Jiffy Lube and it was twice as expensive. They are always fast and efficient. I don’t trust anywhere else with my car.”
“Jibran is always thorough and well knowledgeable. I came to him on a friends recommendation when a dealer messed up something and gave up. Jibran identified the issue and fixed correctly. I went back to the dealer who apologized and refunded their cost. Olympic auto is my go to now for cars and I was a customer who would always go to dealers for top quality work”
“Long story short, I needed to sell my car for an upcoming move abroad. Gurneet helped us and did so in a professional and friendly manner. No BS and offered us a fair price, something that is hard to find at many dealerships. The gentleman that drove us home was also very friendly and kind. I’m so sorry I forgot his name. “As a first time customer, I had a wonderful experience here. Last night, after learning that my battery was down to only 9% of its original capacity, I sent an email inquiry at the last minute. Joey responded after business hours and was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. I really appreciated that.
I brought my car in this morning, and just two hours later I received a text letting me know it was ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth and stress free.
I also really appreciate that they stay open later than many other shops. Life is busy, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find businesses that are willing to accommodate customers’ schedules. That flexibility made a real difference for me today.
