“The best post office in the area. Its small and doesnt have an automated machine to ship your own packaged, but the ladies that work there are MUCH nicer than the lynnwood postal employees. I live in lynnwood and drive out of my way to go to the MLT branch for the good service that they try to provide. This branch would get 5/5 if they had a postal machine in their lobby.”

“I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.”

During the holidays, they move the line (wrapped around the building) quickly. I can easily drive the same or less distance to other POs, but I choose Kenmore!”

“Oh man, based on some of the grief here, I was scared I was never going to track down a *very* precious missing package, but not only did I get a personal phone call AFTER OFFICE HOURS just a few hours after filing a missing package report with USPS, when that lead to a dead end, I caught the extremely awesome carrier on this route and he helped me find it even though it had been three days since it was misdirected! (Due to a mistake on the address line, not USPS.) Really grateful for the help from the helpful folks in 98115 North Seattle!”

Given the holiday season, it was evident that many individuals were eager to mail their cards promptly.Despite the crowd, the line moved forward steadily, if a bit slowly. The office had three counters open, and the staff appeared to be working efficiently to assist the customers. The employees were not only respectful but also helpful, ensuring that everyone was served promptly. It was clear that they were making a concerted effort to manage the workload during this busy period.I appreciate the dedication of the USPS staff, especially during the holiday season, where demand is undoubtedly high. Their commitment to providing efficient service and maintaining a helpful demeanor did not go unnoticed. I would like to commend the staff for their hard work and commendable service.”
