She answers the phone promptly and returns calls/emails quickly which I appreciated so much especially when you’re dealing with your personal belongings. I was accidentally a day late to pull all my stuff out of storage but I explained the situation and she was amazing!! “Lady was very nice and showed us the unit before we purchased. You have to do it all online which is a little annoying or not annoying personally preference. Clean, had a few spiders but they have a broom you can use to clean. Also come with a lock or be prepared to buy one there they cost around 10-15”
