Lady was very nice and showed us the unit before we purchased. You have to do it all online which is a little annoying or not annoying personally preference. Clean, had a few spiders but they have a broom you can use to clean. Also come with a lock or be prepared to buy one there they cost around 10-15

Great service overall. Customer service was amazing from the very beginning and all the way through! Karen and Dennis are super nice and welcoming, they are also willing to help with any questions or concerns. The storage unit felt very secured and safe for keeping my items and whenever I visited. Highly recommend!
