We loved the 24hr access, made coming and going for trips a real breeze. They were always quick to answer the phone and help with any of our needs. She answers the phone promptly and returns calls/emails quickly which I appreciated so much especially when you’re dealing with your personal belongings. I was accidentally a day late to pull all my stuff out of storage but I explained the situation and she was amazing!! She refunded me for the next month right away and I couldn’t be more grateful of her for doing that:). Highly recommend!! Best storage facility in Ellensburg!!”

“Lady was very nice and showed us the unit before we purchased. You have to do it all online which is a little annoying or not annoying personally preference. Clean, had a few spiders but they have a broom you can use to clean. Also come with a lock or be prepared to buy one there they cost around 10-15”

“Our apartment gave us the OK to move in so we loaded up a uhaul and brought it up. They then said we couldn’t move in until a few things were taken care of, so we were left with a uhaul full of our belongings and nowhere to put them. Luckily, I found this place and was able to get a hold of someone who set us up with a storage unit within an hour or so. She was super nice and professional, and seriously saved us! The unit itself was really clean and was the perfect size. Thank you so much! I seriously recommend this place :)”
