Oil Change in Ellensburg, WA

“The guys at Seth’s took really good care of me and fixed my car just in the time frame they said and it’s running excellently. Called me mid way thru the repair to alert me to one new issue so they could fix it while they were already in there - they even gave me a loner car for a couple of days so I could still get around. Excellent service. Great folks there too, very down to earth and I appreciate that.”

“Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this company - my car was towed into their shop late on a Thursday night and was quickly repaired by Monday. The company went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle would be ready when I drove back through town; communication throughout was fantastic; pricing and scope was fair - especially considering I had no leverage in the situation. If you need services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Central Washington Auto & Truck Repair.”

“I can’t say enough good things about D & M Automotive! My alternator quit while I was driving on I-90, leaving me stranded and needing a tow. I had my vehicle towed to D & M, arriving around noon, and Sam was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in.

Despite the unexpected repair and short notice, Sam was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem, replace the alternator, and have me back on the road by 5:30 PM — all in the same day! What really stood out was that Sam even stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle and get back on the road.

When you’re stranded on the side of the highway, you really appreciate a shop that treats you like a person instead of just another customer. Sam went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible.

Excellent service, great communication, fair treatment, and genuinely good people. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend D & M Automotive to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Ask for Sam — he’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back to the same shop!”

“We ended up with an overheating truck coming up the pass - made it to Ellensburg and needed help installing the new part we purchased. We rolled up (with a camper!!!) eight minutes AFTER closing asking for help.

Yovany was so helpful and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. If we lived here, we would definitely be doing business here again!

Thanks Yovany!”

“Never go anywhere else for oil changes. Always very fast, efficient and never have any issues. Writing the review today though because Fernando at the Ellensburg location deserves som recognition and maybe a raise lol He was so personable, inviting, informative and just overall a pleasure to interact with during the process. It’s hard to find really great customer service now days but he has it. Love this location. Thank you”
