“I didn't buy anything from Everett Vacuum but that's why I'm giving a 5 star rating. I have to take a ferry to get to their location so they did phone trouble shooting and pointed me to a solution (new dyson battery) that I bought directly from Dyson. They told me how to make sure it was the right fit etc. Took a fair amount of time doing it, They will get my business in the future, can't recommend them more!”

They made all necessary arrangements and the installation went smoothly. When they finished, everything was clean and neat, and I happily baked something later that day. I highly recommend them for installing kitchen appliances.”

“They have some expensive appliances which is a bit offsetting. It great customer service and they have own repair crew. Appliances aren't what they used to be so when I got one a couple years ago I purchased extended warranty. For no particular it started to fail. I called Judd and Black and they had repair people out very quickly and got parts and handled the warranty communications with GE the appliance manufacturer. After a couple of attempted it would not stay fixed and they worked with GE to get it warranty replaced and I just had to walk into the store to pick a new one. A few days later they swapped it out in my home and got rid of the broken one.”

“Came here to get some indoor plants, since it’s almost spring! When I walked in, not 1, but 2 employees went to find me a cart when I asked and were super friendly! Which is so refreshing compared to a lot of the customer service I receive in Seattle. Micki helped me when I checked out in the garden section and was also very friendly and helpful in informing me about the year long refund policy. I highly recommend this Lowes!!!”
