The repair people are great chase has been to my house several times over the years he does a great job every time and Big Chad, the salesman makes every transaction easy and seamless, sometimes I do not have time to wait for delivery.So I call him on the phone and pick it up at the warehouse you will not find a big box store with this kind of service. The whole transaction takes me less 5 minutes. It is the only place I know you can get quality appliances in the same day if they have it in stock, you can pick it up at their warehouse, quick and easy.”

I was there for the Amazon pick up but had never been to one of their establishments prior and they were kind enough to fill me in on how they benefit and serve their customers. Neat concept with an impressive assortment of deals and items. They had furniture to electronics and more. “I had the best buying experience at Lowe's in the appliance department from Ann Marie. She was friendly, well informed on the different brands and extremely helpful. I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days. I'm super happy with my purchase and how easy Ann Marie made the whole buying process. I came in a little lost looking to get a key made. Diana was zoning near by the Key Kiosk. She was more than happy to help me. The key came out perfect. $6.48 for 1 cheap key is insane! But that's not Diana's fault. Thank you for being a helpful, friendly person Diana!
