“Great service. They had the exact parts I needed. I was looking for very specific, small screws for my computer that Home Depot didn’t carry. I went up the street to Tacoma Screw and found exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the associate, Augustin, gave me some great recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Every time I visit this Ace, I always leave feeling appreciative that I have such a great store close to me. The staff always greets me warmly and checks in to make sure I’m finding what I need, never in a pushy way, always in a friendly, helpful way. If I ever have a question, even if the first person I ask doesn’t know the answer, they’ll always find someone who does and connect me with that person. I’ve never had to wander around looking for assistance, there’s always someone nearby and I never feel nervous asking them for help. Today was another great experience (honestly, they always are). I was gathering a bunch of paint samples, and Wyatt offered to begin mixing some colors for me while I chose the other colors I wanted. He was so patient and went out of his way to try to help me find a specific shade I couldn’t locate. I tend to worry about taking up too much time or being a bother, but Wyatt never made me feel that way. He was patient, genuinely happy to help, and never rushed me. When he wasn’t sure about something, he brought over another associate (who I unfortunately am unable to remember their name, you know who you are), who jumped right in to help as well. Both of them did everything they could to try to track down the color I wanted, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Wyatt and other associate, thank you for making my day and for always going the extra mile. This kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I really appreciate you both and the whole team at this store!”
“I have never walked in here with a need and not had them help me figure out what it is they can do for me, or if another store will have it. Extensive inventory of some of the strangest stuff you would never think you need for speciality hardware, but 99 percent of the time if its weird or you are wondering if they have it, they will. Awesome store, awesome people.”

“Well..I went to Ace ware store since the store is close to where I live (less than a mile away). It's a nice place to buy our need. It's easy to get park. the associate addressed and asked me if I need help. He helped me and found the screws that I need from them. I didn't know if they sell them per piece. I thought I could buy it in a small box one (30pc in it) but they don't have those ones. Anyway, a short story.. I went to cashier and paid it off right away in cash. Before paid it, I also asked if I can return it, (I bought them to many), she said yes and keep the receipt. I just went home afterwards and completed my work at home ?..!

The Pro are, a good service and nice place to purchase all hardware stuff that we need. The only Con is the price is a bit higher ! ( I think ?!??) Otherwise they should have 5 stars review then!”
“So I will say this place has amazing people working there. I will also say that this work is extremely demanding physically tempers will run High. But everyone's there for the same goal. I will also say from a formal employee standpoint if you are going to choose to work here be ready to be in so much pain for the first 2 weeks. Whatever you do do not call out or try to go home you will be fired. The work is super hard as of the time of the post they will start you at 16.75. Don't do what I did and going there thinking you can do the work and then not be able to and quit the next day it's a waste of yours and their time so do you want to apply here. YOU WILL HURT BAD.”

I came in a little lost looking to get a key made. Diana was zoning near by the Key Kiosk. She was more than happy to help me. The key came out perfect. $6.48 for 1 cheap key is insane! But that's not Diana's fault. Thank you for being a helpful, friendly person Diana!
