“Every time I visit this Ace, I always leave feeling appreciative that I have such a great store close to me. The staff always greets me warmly and checks in to make sure I’m finding what I need, never in a pushy way, always in a friendly, helpful way. If I ever have a question, even if the first person I ask doesn’t know the answer, they’ll always find someone who does and connect me with that person. I’ve never had to wander around looking for assistance, there’s always someone nearby and I never feel nervous asking them for help. Today was another great experience (honestly, they always are). I was gathering a bunch of paint samples, and Wyatt offered to begin mixing some colors for me while I chose the other colors I wanted. He was so patient and went out of his way to try to help me find a specific shade I couldn’t locate. I tend to worry about taking up too much time or being a bother, but Wyatt never made me feel that way. He was patient, genuinely happy to help, and never rushed me. When he wasn’t sure about something, he brought over another associate (who I unfortunately am unable to remember their name, you know who you are), who jumped right in to help as well. Both of them did everything they could to try to track down the color I wanted, and I really appreciated the effort they put in. Wyatt and other associate, thank you for making my day and for always going the extra mile. This kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. It's easy to get park. the associate addressed and asked me if I need help. He helped me and found the screws that I need from them. I didn't know if they sell them per piece. I thought I could buy it in a small box one (30pc in it) but they don't have those ones. Anyway, a short story.. I went to cashier and paid it off right away in cash. Before paid it, I also asked if I can return it, (I bought them to many), she said yes and keep the receipt. I just went home afterwards and completed my work at home ?..! Briefly result about Ace ware.., The Pro are, a good service and nice place to purchase all hardware stuff that we need. The only Con is the price is a bit higher ! ( I think ?!??) Otherwise they should have 5 stars review then!”

I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days.
