“Moe is great! We had to swing by because our new phones did not allow for us to do anything once the card was transferred. Moe took no time at all to fix the problem and get us set up. Will definitely be back to get the other family member set up.”

“Overall a very clean and friendly store but please relieve the U-scan clerk of stress by having them only work at U-scan, and not run another check stand simultaneously. These staff and hour cuts post holidays do nothing but cause stress for front end staff which leads to slower checkout times and displaced frustration. It is not employees fault, they are very friendly and do their best!”

“I’ve shopped for electronics a few times and I’m not very familiar with tech, Gabriel was very helpful and patient with explaining stuff to me. Would definitely recommend if you aren’t “techie” ask for Gabriel!”

“Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise. Update: Seems like “Caleb” also left a review not even correctly stating what occurred but i just wanted to come and say what actually happened. Genesis is amazing 15+ years at cricket stayed because of her”

“Avilez prioritized everyone that came it including myself from the moment we walked in. Spent the extra time with each person to make sure their issues were 100% resolved. She left nothing on the table walking away from our conversation and working together figuring out my billing and screen crack issues. Would highly recommend visiting here rather than other locations. Here it was easy to work with thank you”

“Clean store with really nice employees, who were super helpful. I was there for the Amazon pick up but had never been to one of their establishments prior and they were kind enough to fill me in on how they benefit and serve their customers. Neat concept with an impressive assortment of deals and items. They had furniture to electronics and more. Maybe check it out for options to make improve your space without breaking the bank outright.”

“Uncle, the Verizon representative, is an amazing human being. I had been dealing with a billing issue that went unresolved for several months, despite speaking with multiple representatives over the phone. Uncle took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, patiently walked me through everything, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. Beyond that, they were genuinely pleasant to talk to and never made me feel rushed. They carefully reviewed my account, explained potential cost-saving options, and offered solutions that fit my needs. Their patience, knowledge, and dedication to helping customers truly stand out. I highly recommend working with Uncle for any of your Verizon needs. The level of customer service they provide is exceptional.”

“Its not Shady-Eleven. Due to the large amount of people using this location its a perfect place to get your gas station food fix. Usually fresh food (its still a gas station). Make your food selections like Indiana Jones and choose wisely. If you do you will continue to live, if not you will most likely turn into a pile of dust and bones. Staff here is friendly and quick and will help you save money when there are deals on your purchases. Store is also clean and they have interesting overseas items. Sometimes items are sold out.”

“Hello I left my cross with diamonds with real gold on the glass corner this morning and just walked out,I wasn’t even thinking, you know what happened,I was so excited got my gold necklace that I pawned I got like a quarter of what it was worth it was worth like $230. I got like 75 bucks for it and then I have like a real diamond ring which is real, which I held onto it and I wasn’t sure if it was real or not but it was. If the cameras work, I was wearing a black sweatshirt Martin Luther King sweatshirt on I forgot what pants but I showed her my two gold necklaces that I had on me so if you can relay the message to the store, I might be up there looking for my cross with the diamonds with the gold around it”

“This is for I believe her name is Mae in Starbucks! She is the head barista and she is the nicest person I have came into contact at this Starbucks! She helped me with some merchandise she was putting out and was just a great experience! You don't find that much anymore and someone willing to open boxes for you.”

“I love the car pickup they offer. It's almost always ready in under 2 hours. When I get to the store it usually only takes a few minutes to receive my order. They are usually very nice. Inside the store is usually clean and nicely stocked. The variety is lacking, compared to the Lynnwood store. The seasonal/holiday section is smaller. Also, the women's plus size clothing section is much smaller. I barely ever look at clothes here because the options in plus sizes is so lacking.”

“I dont live near a 7-11 so when I see one I go out of my way to get there. I always get a large Slurpee and either a Hot Dog or Nacho's w/ extra cheese and chili, I like them messy. It seems to me that all 7-11's are pretty much the same, wheel chair friendly, clean, fairly decent parking, however, usually the staff doesn't seem to care one way or another about service; sometimes their just rude, your just cattle to them, in and out as fast as possible.”

“Never had a bad experience here other than I think that their EBT machine was down when I went to go buy some snacks with my EBT card. Was informed system was down so I was gonna put all the food I picked up back but I've of the workers said he could do it for me”
