Manager called to apologize for the poor experience. We visited with Thuan on 9/15 and had a wonderful experience. This is the second time Thuan has helped us and we appreciate his kindness and assistance.
We arrived 5 min to close to open an account for our son. Gentleman in Mariners Jersey told us they could not help us because it’s five minutes to close and the transaction would take a lot longer to process. I thought BECU was member focused….. I guess this store needs some help understanding that they are providing a member service for banking and not serving hamburgers.”
“My mom is an account holder here and needed me to deposit a check. I raced there to arrive at 5:26 hoping they really close at 5:30. I was out by 8:26. Since I wasn't an account holder I had to provide ID but it took only two minutes to complete the process! Impressed with their service!”

“Why on Earth did they take away ATM deposits? And they're not open on Saturday so if I need to make a deposit, I have a one hour window per week that they're open and I'm not working. 4 stars because the staff is great. Whoever took ATM deposits away is not.”
