“Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

When we arrived ,we called the number on the door, as requested. Rudy and 2 other men came out to take a quick look. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. The workers were at max capacity and still finished my windshield replacement and recalibration in a timely manner. Yes it takes about 2.5 hours but it's pretty easy to pass the time by having someone pick you up to go somewhere and come back. It was a great experience!”

“I went for an estimate on my car and the woman who did the estimate was very nice. She took photos of my car and sent me and my insurance an estimate to repair the damage. It was decent price to repair my car. I saw plenty of cars in the lot waiting to be repaired. Some were really damaged and I wondered how they would become drivable again. One had damage on the windshield from a large rock that had been thrown from an overpass. The driver was fine and I couldn't see based on the damage how a person was not hurt.Anyway, I called a week later to make an appointment and the wait to drop off my car is a couple of months which is crazy but I think that is the way it works on collision repairs. On top of that you have to leave the car in the shop for two to three weeks before getting back which is too long to be without a car. My car damage is minimal to wait that long but I will find out when I drop off my car. I will update my review after I get my car back. I gave my review 4 stars because the woman did a good job on my estimate.”
