“Good place to go for a few things or lot if you have a big family. Nice trip on the weekend, but weekdays the drive can be busy. Avoid the crowds and shop in the early morning. Easy to find what you need without ever being there before.”

“Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I spoke with an associate over the phone and told them that I was coming in for a new phone. I showed up like 15 minutes later, and the associates were quick to know what I was in there for.”
“I had to pawn some jewelry I have that belonged to my parents who have passed away to help my family get by after my husband broke his foot and was unable to work and I lost my job. I have stressed myself out of fear of losing it because of how easy it is to forget the deadline and how high the interest charge can get. This the first pawn shop that has called to remind me of my deadline, so that was the first pleasant surprise. The second was Max when I came in. He was so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to figure up what my best options were and he really helped put me at ease about not losing my heirlooms. He was very knowledgeable about my options and explained everything in detail very clearly. Everyone at this store is always so nice and attentive anytime I’m here but Max truly topped them all with his exceptional customer service. Such an amazing staff is obviously a direct result of a great management team preparing their team properly through training and by setting examples of high standards.”

“I like this store overall, but PLEASE for the love of GOD stock your 7/11 Fiery Hot Chips. Everytime I order online, whether it's 4 bags, 8 bags, etc, immediately after I get them (if they've sent me the correct amount) they are listed as out of stock! I'm one customer and I don't really expect me to be the only one selling them out each time. Because, truly, they are my favorite. And I refresh the app daily to see when they are back in stock. Immediately after I buy, out of stock again.
I would absolutely love if you all could buy them in bulk and have them in the back or something. I don't understand why you wouldn't order more to meet the demand... Because these chips have demand + profit. I think people would DEFINITELY prefer these over the 7/11 hot dog chips...
Is there a way to contact the manager to be able to have them order in a bulk shipment specifically for one person? If they were available on Amazon or somewhere, I'd buy them. But they're 7/11 brand and I'd like to support 7/11.”
