I came into T-Mobile to take care of getting a new Sim card activated on my account, and Jayden waited on me. I must say, he's fast, knowledgeable, and knows exactly what he's doing!! He doesn't waste your time, messing around in the backroom, or chatting up other colleagues when you are front and center. He's extremely professional and courteous, and goes the extra mile!!
It's hard to find this kind of service, these days, as many people in customer service are robotic zombies, NOT Jayden. He's engaged, a good listener, he executes the task with precision, these are ALL THINGS I look for in a good customer service representative. I would highly recommend Jayden services to anyone seeking to troubleshoot phone issues. He's the MAN! The OG of solving telecom/cell phone problems! He should be promoted, and given a raise! He deserves it! Why? He's hard working, and has a great work ethic and is an asset to the T-MOBILE brand.”

“Overall a very clean and friendly store but please relieve the U-scan clerk of stress by having them only work at U-scan, and not run another check stand simultaneously. These staff and hour cuts post holidays do nothing but cause stress for front end staff which leads to slower checkout times and displaced frustration. It is not employees fault, they are very friendly and do their best!”

“I got a plan from this store and Machyas and Gavin helped me out with some issues with my plan and went above and beyond. The tmobile help line hung up on her 3 different times today and refused to transfer her to a supervisor. Machyas stayed past her shift to help me resolve the issue that took well over 3 hours to resolve with several different people over the phone. The people here and incredibly friendly and I couldn't be happier with how kind they have been.”

“I went to the Cash America on Broadway to purchase a pistol and had picked it up last month. Easiest purchase I could make. Recently, I put money down on another pistol and another shotgun. The employees I talked to are very knowledgeable about firearms and explained everything in detail to me that they knew about the weapons. They made my purchasing decisions easy and I am satisfied with my purchases.”
“I had to pawn some jewelry I have that belonged to my parents who have passed away to help my family get by after my husband broke his foot and was unable to work and I lost my job. I have stressed myself out of fear of losing it because of how easy it is to forget the deadline and how high the interest charge can get. This the first pawn shop that has called to remind me of my deadline, so that was the first pleasant surprise. The second was Max when I came in. He was so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to figure up what my best options were and he really helped put me at ease about not losing my heirlooms. He was very knowledgeable about my options and explained everything in detail very clearly. Everyone at this store is always so nice and attentive anytime I’m here but Max truly topped them all with his exceptional customer service. Such an amazing staff is obviously a direct result of a great management team preparing their team properly through training and by setting examples of high standards.”

“This 7-eleven location is a little grimey / sketchy looking on the exterior but the interior is generally well-maintained and the staff have always been polite and respectful. When I’ve gone there in the past to purchase energy drinks, there’s usually good deals available as is standard for all 7-eleven locations. Whenever I receive a DoorDash/Uber eats order from this location, the order is almost always readily available to me unless there’s hot items that need to be prepared – in which case, employees almost always make fresh on demand as soon as I arrive so that it’s good for the customer when it gets there. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. I’ve also fueled up at this location for gasoline, the prices are decent and the pumps are fine.”

“This 7-Eleven store is one of the few locations in the Everett area that honors Pall Mall USA mobile coupons, which I truly appreciate. I visit this store regularly whenever I run out of cigarettes, and my experience has consistently been positive.
Most of the employees here are friendly, patient, and trustworthy. I still remember an incident some time ago when I forgot to remove my credit card after paying. The cashier noticed it immediately and called out to remind me. He was extremely honest and kind, although I unfortunately didn’t catch his name at the time.
More recently, a cashier named Aman has stood out for his patience, honesty, and excellent customer service. I would like to give him special recognition here.
