The location is central in north Everett, surrounded by restaurants, stores, schools, parks, and the waterfront, with entertainment within walking distance. The management and staff are very friendly, warm, approachable, helpful, and very responsive, addressing maintenance issues quickly. The express elevators work well. Overall, it is an outstandingly peaceful place that residents are extremely pleased with and enjoy living in every single moment.
