“Want to live close to the water, near tons of downtown amenities, in a really nice building located in the cool older part of Bayside, that is run by really nice people? The Waterline has it all, including in unit washer and dryers and concierge trash service (priceless!). Oh, and everyone who lives here is great too! Obviously! Bring your pets, because I need more fuzzy friends in my life!”

“I had a tour at The Vintage at Mill Creek and I absolutely loved it. I cannot say enough good things about Gerti Katro - Leasing Consultant. He was incredibly patient, professional and warm. What it really stood out was how he took the time to listen to our specific needs. He showed us a couple of the apartments and explained all the details from filling out the application to the last detail until we move in. I’m definitely applying to live in one of these apartments.”

“I really like the environment and the apartment itself. It offers a lot of spaciousness and everything I need for daily comfort. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, the team is prompt and gets the job done right away. My only major downside is that I frequently lose packages or have packages go missing. If package security and delivery management could be improved, this would easily be a 5-star experience.”
