“Had a one year lease with Highgrove, and as our first apartment, we absolutely loved it. We had the pleasure of having Batul as our leasing agent until the very end, and she was always communicative and doing the best of her ability to always help accommodate us!The only reason for 4 stars is because we wish maintenance would’ve fixed our bathtub. They originally painted over it so it got chipped and rusted by the drain.”
“My partner and I lived here for 8 years. We got in because it was the most affordable apartments in the area at the time, and considering the location and age of the apartments, we didn't expect much. Management changed several times, as well as maintenance staff. And it's always understaffed with both, at least that's the impression we had.
It's not a glamorous place to live, but we liked it overall. The apartment had various issues over the years, but nothing catastrophic. When we needed repairs, they would get done, just sometimes it would take a while. I didn't mind the area, though sometimes it felt sketchy. Being by schools and the fire station, though, we felt a certain level of security. We would move back if we needed to.”

I think it would be a good fit for me to live here or not it would be so great if i had an apportunity to help homeless human beings stay off the street and not on drugs its really hard when ur sober and homeless and looking for more services out there but you guys have been the best out here in everett washington i js wanted to say a great thankyou for your hard work as individuals! “Honestly my favorite place to live. It’s perfect for me; the location of the building in the city, the location of my apartment in the building itself, never had a bad neighbor, never heard a neighbor in my apartment really, it’s always cleaned, the trash is convenient, it’s secured access, it has a Amazon locker, 2 levels for parking garage, the doggy bags and dog treats are a real big plus for Trixie our dog and so much more I can’t think of. It’s just great here. I am actually afraid to move because I don’t think I’ve liked a place this much lol. Luckily that isn’t anytime soon. So far been here for almost 3 years. Seriously love it!
The staff is all great (Cory, Rick, Mayra and Flor for a call out ??) and everyone else has always been a pleasure to talk with/work with as well.”
