Hours: Lumen is a very nice complex with beautiful apartments and great amenities. The maintenance team is hard working, timely, professional, and friendly, going out of their way to help residents. Staff are quick, kind, and go above and beyond, providing super friendly and helpful service over phone and email. The application process is easy with fast approval. However, a forced switch to Fetch for package delivery has negatively impacted the living experience for some, as other couriers are turned away at the door. While many love living at Lumen, this change has been a significant drawback for residents who rely on online shopping.
