“After recieving a third $40 rate hike (without notice) in just 18 months from Smky Pnt Slf Strg, Glacier West was able to accommodate our needs literally the same day I called, beating out our previous storage unit by over $ 100 a month for a similar size unit (shorter ceiling). In the beginning we had issues with their billing and payment due to a computer mishap calculating our discount and partial month payment at move in. Robin was incredibly patient and friendly with my very apparent frustrations despite being under immense personal stress at the time. Even had her billing dept call and email me to fully explain the issue & reassure me they were working on it. She made sure to keep regular, honest COMMUNICATION throughout the ordeal. I GREATLY APPRECIATE THAT ABOVE ALL ELSE. By the 3rd month they got it all worked out & even gave me credit for the 12 days that caused the calculating problem. Now, several months later, it is a pleasure to come and go from their clean, well maintained facility and I often stop in to the office just for casual conversations with both Robin and Sheena who I feel have become more than just office personnel at some storage place I pay rent to. I would definitely recommend stopping in and meeting these two for any storage needs you might have.”

“I love this place so much so much! They have been absolutely amazing to me the staff is so nice and helpful, the units are indoors and outdoors my unit is indoor and climate controlled I love it. The storage facility is always clean and the security is amazing you have to enter your code to enter the facility and then again to enter the elevator which will only allow you to go to your floor. The units are also very affordable and usually there's a promo for your first months rent highly recommend!”

“As of Dec. 2020 I rented a unit. I can't believe the great deal I got for a 10x20. My10x20 was $280 with my special it is $186 for 3 months can't beat that, no fees, no deposits also got a free disc lock, my first month was prorated, since i called about the unit over the phone i was offered free boxes and a roll of tape. Onsite managers are friendly and nice. Not sure what the price of the other units are but my friend rents a 5x5 for $40 special. doesn't hurt to check them out.. Its by Basket robins icecream store on State Ave near Fredymyer.”

“I am so thankful for this place and Kaitlyn. It's hard to find storage places that the inside walls of your unit go from floor to ceiling all around. Many have a gap at the top where the rodents can come in from anywhere. Here, if everyone takes time to be careful when accessing their unit/s, by making sure to not leave the main door we come in, open, we can keep rodents out! And if storing for the first time, if you make sure your stuff if stored somewhere before coming here is free of rodents, then the rodents also won't have a ride to here! We all must take responsibility too not just blame the property. I at any given time have had 2 or more storage units in many places and states. I've been looking for a place that had no gaps at the top of my units for a long time. I had to discard a lot of stuff due to rodents at these places. People don't pay attention to what we can and can not store. Because of this, we all suffer! The rodents go to theirs and infest as many storage units as they can! Myself and others, do the proper way of storing our stuff per property guidelines, but now our stuff is ruined! If you are going to store your stuff, inquire as to the guidelines. Your stuff and our stuff here at AA Marysville Mini Storage will be safe! Can't possibly stop rodents, etc. from wondering onto the property. But the management and staff here do their best to stop these creatures from wondering into the buildings where our storage units are, and around the premises by catching them in traps. Thank you Kaitlyn and other staff for all you do! And thank you to the owner who had these units built, with all around walls from floor to ceiling leaving NO gaps!”
