“Had an amazing experience with Samuel, he was professional and helped me know that I was in good hands. I’ve had my issues with other phone stores but this was my first time going into one and feeling completely at ease rather than worried about how I’ll be taken advantage of. Fully happy with my new plan and Verizon service is going much much better.”
“Christopher was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our account information. If he is not the manager he needs to be because he is extremely good at his job with incredible people skills. 10/10 simply because of Christopher, if you come here ask for him he’s awesome.”
“Xami was an AMAZING associate. She stayed with use hours trying to get my phone working! I wish all employees had her determination and customer service. I will definitely travel to have her help me specifically for any issues with my phone service!”
“Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise.
Update:
Seems like “Caleb” also left a review not even correctly stating what occurred but i just wanted to come and say what actually happened.
Genesis is amazing
15+ years at cricket stayed because of her”

“Very knowledgeable and friendly. Up front about pricing and if you tell them what you're looking to spend, they will look to give you the best deal possible.”
