“I took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.”

“I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it?.So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. Well, he rather insisted, so I agreed!(I'm sorry I didn't get your name).Left the key, ran across the street to get burgers and then sat with mom in her car til they were done.I wasn't timing them but I'm sure they were done in less than 20.I expressed my deepest gratitude and said, "you all are amazing" and that I'd write a raving review?.And it's true.They went above and beyond and were so sweet about it like it was just what they do.So, thanks guys so much! “Quick and very helpful! I got a flat the night before, and had it towed after hours. The lot was full, but they still managed to take care of me the next day. Then i asked them to fix a couple broken lights, and even though i gave them the wrong one, they found another one for me that day. They fixed a couple more lights i missed, and all on short notice.I wish i remembered the guys name, but he was friendly and efficient. I've had bad experiences with auto shops in this area, and finally found a place i can trust. Will definitely be returning for all future car issues.”

“Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but I had to this time. We blew a tire heading up I5 and they had us fixed and back on the road in an hour and a half for $12. Incredible. We also had a bunch of stuff piled in the trunk so access was blocked to our spare tire. Not only was this not a problem, they repacked everything in a more organized way! 15/10 best customer service I’ve ever had.”

“They go so far above and beyond I can't thank them enough. Steve installed brake pads on my extremely complicated car. He was great at communicating with me, and when the brake pad sensor stopped working a few days later, he worked around my schedule to replace it at no cost to me. All the people working there are so nice and knowledgeable. It's very clean and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. I wish I could give them more stars!”

“Before I tell you about how great this place was let me tell you a little story... So I needed 2 front tires for my car. And the first place that came up the cheapest for 2 brand new tires is Walmart... Mind you I had one tire going bald and the other already went flat and was on a spare for 2 weeks. And convenient enough on the day of my appt my spare starts forming a small hole wires exposed and all. So I had to have it towed 7 miles from my house all the way to Walmart. It was bad enough that I had to wait 2 weeks to get into an appt but the day I got there for my appt which was today (1/22/23) they very rudely told me that they couldn't work on my car because my bumper was hanging about to fall off. Now I told them that I would be willing to zip tie the bumper together so that the bumper wouldn't fall on and be in their way and they said that was OK. Then I go outside to zip tie my car together and one of the techs came out and very rudely said to me "we're not touching that car" after they said it would be ok if I zip tied them so they are able to work around my bumper but no this guy was very rude and I will be letting someone know of that. And they basically left me stranded with a flat tire. So after a few minutes of collecting myself from the rage and anger I feel towards this man or towards Walmart in general I then decide "you know what? If they won't do it then I want my MF money back!!" So I went back and immediately got a refund. But here is where the story leads to a happy ending...So I drive my car (flat spare tire and all) very slowly across the street from Walmart over to HWY 99 Tires hoping and praying they would be able to help me out because at this point this was my only option... These guys were my last hope... And low and behold THEY SAVED THE DAY!!!! Although yes, I had to settle for 2 used tires as a temporary solution because it was within my budget and it didn't take long to get done at all. These guys really came through for me today and I will forever be grateful to them for helping me out as a small family owned business rather than a supposed big corporation which by the way I hope fails in the future (referring to Walmart). These guys at HWY 99 Tires are very professional and their tires are reasonably priced. I will be coming back for a brand new set of tires at some point soon. 10/10 would recommend you come here instead of Walmart across the street.”
