“If I could give Monarch 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough. I drove from Bothell all the way to Federal Way and I will never go to another collision center. The service and communication was great. The work was fantastic, and the pricing was extremely fair. Monarch went above and beyond every step of the way!”

“Smooth experience fixing my bumper from a hit and run. Bob and his crew were always pleasant, up front, and professional. Stuck to the timeline they originally provided. As part of the service, they also kindly cleaned the interior of my car, including the inside of the windshield (which had been on my todo list).”

“The crew did an outstanding job on my vehicle inside and outside! I also had the paint on my leather seats redone and they look amazing. My car feels and looks like new. I highly recommend Pro Touch for your next car detail job!”

“My wife swears by JD for her Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with its alcantara throughout the seats and fit and finish. If he weren’t OCD, she would have eaten him alive with criticism unless he had rigorous processes in place. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also good at cleaning Ferraris. So someone with extremely high standards approves of it. I think whoever’s reading this will be happy using the company. This is Seattle and there are people who are impossible to please, but just use him. If you are looking for someone to clean a high-end vehicle, you’re eating up valuable time, which is money, looking around. You don’t need to waste any more time.”

“My first time shopping at Car Toys - I’m very pleased. These guys know what they’re doing. Josh was such a tremendous help. It’s my son’s first car, and he can’t wait to hear his new sound system :) thank you!!!”
