They washed and cleaned the exterior and buffed away the scratches and swirl marks. I am super pleased at the results. “Jun services my 3 cars; an 02 Camry, a 16 Sienna, & a 19 Cruze. He has great initial familiarity with common concerns and a good idea of areas of focus. For even a routine oil change, he looks out for known issues of the model or specific history on cars he's serviced previously. He also remembers things about my cars I wouldn't expect him to remember in casual conversation. I've seen negative reviews about not answering the phone right away. It's a small shop, that happens once in a while, so leave a complete message, he responds. He's respectful, caring, has a good personal approach and is timely.”
“I look for an auto shop that will take good care of my BMW, and respect me as a woman; and in Federal Way my choice has been the European Auto Clinic. A few places sort of exude a kind of subtle disdainfulness when a woman walks in, but NOT this place! Today was the second time I've used EAC, and this time it was for a routine oil change and fluids check, and my experience was super. I wasn't overcharged, I got even more of a detailed checklist than I expected, and Arturo at the front desk is a very helpful, friendly person. FYI: The EAC has a nice clean front office with some seating in case you need to wait for your car.”

“I haven't used Sparks very often (car under warranty period so went to dealer), but they've never let me down and I don't personally know anyone who's reported a bad experience with them (yes, they have reported good). Friendly, courteous, competent, customer-oriented -- all the things you'd want in any company.This visit was to inspect cables after finding some local vermin trying to build a nest in my engine. A secondary issue required a road test for them to verify and identify a noise I was reporting, and they had the car on the road before my ride was there to pick me up!Another impressive point was the thorough report provided on the receipt. Too many shops will give you a few words in an illegible hand, but this one provides thorough details of what they did and what they found (or didn't, in this case). It's also entered in the database for future reference.The only quibble I had at all with this visit is that right now, with trees fully leafed out, it's very hard to see the shop before driving past it. If you want to take your vehicle here, be aware that their driveway is immediately beyond Public Storage, which itself is just beyond a national-scope competitor that I won't name here.”

“I took my 1955 cj3b with a 225 odd fire v6 Buick in there to have them figure out why it ran so bad .My motor has Howell fuel injection and since day one it ran bad never ran smooth and would not accelerate above half throttle. Ward changed the crank sensor bracket and fixed everything that was wrong with my motor.I am so pleased with the results finally runs fantastic. Thank You so much Tony L.”

I was at another extremely incompetent auto shop around the corner that will remain unnamed who didn't know how to raise the ride height on my car (KW coilovers). I drop over to these guys literally steps away and they immediately take my car in, raise the car up and show me exactly what needs to be done. “. So my brake went out and I found myself stuck in a Taco Bell parking lot in Milton WA. The first company I called quoted me $265. I thought that was high so I called another company, they asked a million questions that I thought were irrelevant to getting a quote.The next company, Fife Service and Towing quoted me $135 which was far from the first quote of $265. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation. He probably thought that after a brake failure that I would be upset and desperate ( I was not ) and not have the presence of mind to get a few quotes. Ladies always stay calm and get a few quotes.”

I was able to speak to the mechanic a couple times over a few days and he gave me great tips of what I could try myself before I would need to bring in. Super knowledgeable and really fair prices.
