“Stopped by Costco around 7:30pm for a quick return. Parking was a bit more manageable than usual, but it still required some patience. There was no line at the return counter, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a solid experience but nothing outstanding, but definitely efficient.

“Fred Meyer Gas is a small, no-frills setup with just a basic convenience booth instead of a full store. There’s an air machine available, but it’ll cost you $3, which feels a bit steep. It’s functional and quick if you’re just looking to fill up, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

“I've had good experiences always at Costco Tire Centers. I go in knowing they have to work on a schedule more than average tire sellers, so I plan on it. That said, if I had frequent tire failures or nails, I might go to Les Schwab or Discount for the convenience of getting in easier.”

“Cashiers are beyond friendly and it's the carwash I prefer most in the area (cleans well and touchless). Needed a gallon of milk and they were more than happy to go to the back and find me the freshest date they had. Super nice”
“My daughter lives in Boston and I always get gas here. There is a membership-based car wash next door, and it's convenient because you can fill up the gas tank and wash your car. Gasoline prices are also good compared to other gas stations.”

“I adore the staff here! They're always so friendly and chipper and really nice. They're also very helpful if you have any questions. I have never once had a bad experience shopping and buying my gas here.The store is well stocked and very clean! I have no problem finding the items I'm looking for. The gasoline pumps are also well maintained. Plenty of fluids and rags to clean my windshield. Trash cans are also well looked after. Nary a piece of garbage on the ground that I have seen.A delight every time I fill up my gas tank!”

“A convenient stop for gas while driving along I-5. I stopped here for gas while driving northbound on I-5 and found the gas station easily. It is not the first gas station off the highway, but has a clear entry (I entered on 348th). Easy drive-up/out access to the pumps, not difficult to maneuver it or out which is nice. The food/snack store was a good size, but I didn't stop. I was on a mission to get home before 10 p.m. if I could (I started my day's driving adventure at 4:33 a.m.). The pumps themselves had novel nozzles I hadn't seen before. Fun to try it out and see how they worked. Pumping was smooth and there was minimal drippage when the tank was full and I took the nozzle out. The fuel types were arranged least expensive/regular on the right with supreme/most expensive on the left, typically I have found the ordering to be in the opposite direction (from left to right) so keep an eye on which option you choose for your car. The area around the pumps, window washing supplies/trash can, and the ground were all clean. I enjoyed the final screen after paying that said "Thank you, Please come again" with a picture of a house on it. Yes, the drive continues!”

Not only did they have such a positive attitude but they were able to help me pump my gas and clean up after there was a faulty pump without a complaint but rather very nice attitude. It’s the first time in a long time that I’ve encountered such nice people.”
“The people that work here are very nice. There are only 3 parking spots here. I was just lucky and got 1. I think paying to park is ridiculous but this is Washington and that is the way it is here.The bathroom was clean, the food was hot, the staff was nice. I'm not sure what more a driver can ask for.The prices are high, just remember folks...Washington, like Oregon, is a communists block State and a suburb of Kommiefornia. They choose to live this way. It is what it is.”

“I like this 76 gas station because it's convenient and has excellent gas prices. It also has a brush-style carwash, but it works from time to time. If you prepay for the carwash, you might not get to wash your car right away because the carwash is shut down or not operational due to weather, etc.Customer service, on the other hand, is always busy training new hires or on a break. The line isn't long, but the waiting is I couldn't get a copy of my receipt from the pump. I prepaid at the pump, and it says receipt printing, but it never prints. It does this all the time.This Union 76 station has about 16 pumps and decent gas prices, and it's quick access to Freeways and Highways. You can get a good deal on 24 packs of water as well. There are also restrooms for customers to use.The price on some items says one thing, but when you ring it, it says something else. It rings up more $.”
“I've been going to this car wash for almost 40 years in Federal Way, today I heard they want to tear it down and build a new one, which is fine, but I heard it won't be a full-service car wash anymore ? if that is the case I will not be back. And so will some of my friends will not go back. There are a lot of people here in Federal Way that can't vacuum and clean in their cars out especially older ones, always nice to go in there sit, and what is a vacuum and clean your car. But like I said if they do away with full service car wash there will be no reason for me to go back there anymore I can go to any of the Indian car washes which are cheaper. So I hope elephant take note we want the full service car wash back.”
