I really enjoy coming to this place. I switch back and forth between here and another local place...basing purely on which has the availability. Never had an issue but more importantly, they have free popcorn in the waiting area.

Les Schwab is great - replaced all my tires there in October and recently had a flat from driving over a metal object and went there and they fixed it for free - did their traditional thing of running out to greet me and got the work done within an hour-very impressed

Shout out to employee LJ at Federal Way Schwab for getting my truck in without appointment almost immediately and taking the time to show me the underside front end steering on my truck. A very pleasant person and an asset to the company imho. Good job LJ !!!!!!!
