“Yesterday was my birthday and I hit a curb on my way out and ended up with a flat tire. It happened right outside of Les Schwab and I pulled straight in. They immediately came to my rescue. Turns out I needed all 4 tires and they didnt have them in stock but they were able to get the tired from a different location pretty quickly and I got me on my way. “I had my car towed to Bucky's on a Friday late night, and we dropped off the key on Saturday AM. The car spent the better part of a week getting looked at by the different mechanics - the problem was an unusual crank/no start condition. They worked together to figure it out and I am thankful they got us going again!”
“We were on our way home from a long trip and had parked our car down the street from International Auto. Our battery died over the week we were gone, I was able to walk down the street in the pouring rain and purchase a new battery. The manager was very helpful and kind while dealing with some other difficult customers. He let me borrow a tool, get my car going, then I brought the car back and they installed the new battery for me. Saved our day and got us home after a very long day. “We had a flat and the shop was about to close. We spoke with Curtis and he said if we could get the car to them soon they could help us out. We showed up just as they were closing but they took our car, got us a new tire, fixed issues with the luggage nuts. Lincoln was amazing. “I had a flat tire but already had my spare on due to another recent flat. I used a compressor to fill the flat tire up and determined the leak was slow enough to get to the nearest shop which turned out to be this Les Schwab location. After getting the car on the lift they told me I had a nail in my inner sidewall and it was not repairable. However, they checked the tire in my trunk I'd used the spare to replace and said it was repairable. Since fixing flats is a free service they offer to anyone, I ended getting back on the road within a couple hours for no money spent. Free is a wonderful word these days. They did try to upsale me for some needed suspension work but I was in a hurry. Les Schwab is priced more than many competitors but on this day, they saved me from a tow charge and got me back on the road for free. My thanks to the staff!”

“None of the other local Discount Tires would service my vehicle because one of the front tires had worn tread on the side, not terrible or bald, but worn a bit more than usual, for sure. They were trying to get a new tire sold and wouldn't honor my warranty or service it, even though they all agreed the tire life was still technically still in the green, all other things considered.
Ty and the management here agreed it looked worn, but not to the point of denying service outright, so I will be getting my new tires from here from now on, indefinitely.
Didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride and got a honest second opinion. The wear n tear on the one wasn't significant enough to deny a basic balance and rotation or call for a replacement immediately then and there with so much good tread leftover, according to the team here, but we made plans to replace the tires with a new set in 10k miles anyways, to be safe. Definitely worth the drive and distance, and much quicker, too!!”
