“It’s my favorite range! The staff are awesome, helpful and knowledgeable! It’s a great friendly place! It’s also really nice to have a ton of guns to rent so you can try a gun before you decide to buy one!”

“Let me tell you guys about probably the best customer service experience i have ever had. I am a mom boy of a 12 year old. He wanted to take up fishing. So ive you tubed videos for dummies trying to learn. I walk into Big 5 Federal Way & I meet Sonny. Let me tell you guys this man went ABOVE & BEYOND for my son & I. He gave us major pointers & even taught my son how to put his line, weights & hooks on. This man had so much patience & his kindness shined!!!!!!! I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of Sonny. Thats all my son could talk about when we left Big5. He told me he now understands when I'm always complaining about poor customer service. I couldn't wait to write this review. Thank you so much Sonny for taking a little time out your day & making a BIG impact on not only my son, but myself. CORPORATE BIG 5, THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE.”

“I highly recommend this store. My daughter and I had a great experience. Len was very helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable and because of social anxiety I usually don't like shopping. We both are definitely going to return to this location Wide variety and great prices.”
