“I purchased a club while I was there that felt good in the hitting bay. I live almost 300 miles away and when I got home I took it on the course. After 5 attempts I just could not hit it, go figure ! I called and talked to Devin Terada and he had no problem offering me a full refund. I shipped it back and he even paid my return shipping. “The Assistant Manager Ian is the nicest person and a one of a kind salesman. Ian is polite, professional, and not pushy at all. My first visit to the store I didn't buy anything and I received the same stellar service as I dud the next time I visited four weeks later and spent over $700. “What a find! The sun finally came out and I dusted off my inflatable paddle-board only to realize my pump had the wrong adapter. I called Wiley’s, they answered within seconds and confirmed that they had all the paddle-board accessories I needed. I was greeted instantly with a warm welcome and helped to find the pump I was looking for. I drive by here everyday on my way to work and from the outside I thought they only sold boats, man was I wrong! This place had everything you could imagine you’d ever want or need to get out on the water. Huge selection of various items and everyone was so helpful! It’s been two days and I’m already considering going back and upgrading my gear in person because it was so refreshing to actually talk to someone about what I needed vs attempting to buy online. “Island Lumber is an institution and a gem in our community. They are one of the few remaining hardware business where there’s healthy group of employees who seriously know what they are talking about, a rarity, and have done what you’re doing. I routinely get and rely on great advice. Their lumber yard is well-stocked, well-staffed and rapid. Their prices fairly reflect the costs of doing business in a place where everything comes in by ferry. The expertise is priceless. Bring your dog. She needs a treat.”
“Cool looking supply shop with a good selection of Marmot stuff. At the beginning of October 2022 they had a lot of under garments and shirts at 50% off. Most of the shirts for men were smalls. Nice place in you forgot something on your travels.”
