About The Soggy Doggy
The Soggy Doggy is a top-rated pet grooming business in Federal Way. It is well-organized and offers dog grooming, full service bathing, full service grooming, pad and paw trims, and a barkery. It is also a self dog wash that is reasonably priced.
Customer experiences vary. Many describe it as an incredible store, more than a store, and a place to talk to experts about your pet. Staff are often very kind, helpful, and nice to talk with, offering good advice and showing helpful tricks. On several occasions, staff have unexpectedly helped customers with their dogs. For these positive visits, it is a wonderful experience and a "goto" place.
However, some visits have been inconsistent. One customer reported a bad experience where a staff member left their dog unattended and stressed for 20 minutes, leading to doubt about returning. In response to a prior issue, the business provided a subsequent nail trim service at no charge, which was appreciated.
Overall, it is considered by some to be the best specialty store they have ever been to, where you get what you pay for and is highly recommended.

Friendly staff, well equipped with lots of shampoo/conditioning options. I really like the blend of DIY grooming care with their assistance as needed (toe nails, sanitary cuts, etc). They gave helpful advice and encouraged me to take my time as needed. Love this place and will keep going back!
