We had some questions about fish food and Emma (I believe is her name, hopefully I’m remembering correctly, she was cleaning out the ferret cages) was so sweet and knowledgeable! Will definitely be going back”

“I take my dog Sixx there to get his nails clipped; he has also had a full service wash & since he doesn't like the blow dryer they have a full size dryer to put them in.. he also had his glands expressed.. all the employees I have met have been very nice and helpful each time.. so far this is the only place I've taken him & he's been safe & happy every time & I've been treated good and enjoy going there myself. I feel it's good to have a safe place for your pets since they're our family too. Also the prices are very affordable and you can usually get right in there; they have a self wash station as well.. I haven't used it yet but I plan on doing so soon.”

Alex - The guy who checked us out today was incredibly kind and welcoming. He had a great attitude, made the checkout process quick and easy knowing ALL the items we were ringing up could have been annoying, yet he genuinely made our visit more enjoyable.
