“This store is brand new! It's very nice inside they have all kinds of pet items in the store. Lots of bird, fish, and pocket pet items! There is a grooming salon inside as well. They have a huge selection of dog and cat food! The staff is very nice and helpful! Check this place out!”

“We were nearby as my boyfriend wanted to stop by the new Daiso location to get some towels for our fur babies. We decided to go in Mud Bay as the kids have been in the car for a bit so we wanted to get them a treat or toy. When we entered, we were greeted kindly by the staff. Each staff member were super helpful with all our questions, assisting us on weighing our fur babies, and providing genuine customer service. They gave our fur babies many treats and pets, which is always nice for our social dogs. After our purchase finished, they gave us a cute card thanking us for shopping and a $5 coupon to use next time. Definitely coming back to support such a sweet business!”

“We moved back to the area and were excited to take Kali back to Puppy Village for grooming! Once again, they were so kind and Kali wasn't anxious when I picked her up. The grooming was perfect and she looked so cute. They really know how to cut her hair perfectly! Would definitely recommend coming here.”

“I got tired of hurting my back at home so I stopped by the Soggy Doggy a couple weeks ago to try out the self bathe option. The self wash set up is really great! The height is so comfortable and everything you need is right there. I decided to book some grooming visits, and Brittany gave both my cocker spaniel and my terrier mix absolutely lovely haircuts. They came home within a few hours clean, happy and adorable. Prices are very good for the quality of service, and check in and pick up were easy and quick. I will be back!”

I have been getting my supplies and equipment for the past year and had nothing but excellent customer service where the staff has been knowledgeable with great recommendations. Today, I unfortunately ran into a situation with the online order service where they sent it to the wrong address. Amber, who I have met before and has helped me today by providing me information with steps to get this resolved, would be considered as someone with high praise in our community, even super hero like. “We usually take a bath for our dogs at home since my dogs wont let groomers touch them. Doing everything at home, it was hassle and not enough equipment. We happened to find that this place offers self service dog wash.Staff were very helpful and friendly and walked us through on how to use facility. the facility is clean and well equipped . We will be back for sure”
