“I came to the Iron Gate, Bellingham, WA store to get a tire rotation on our Les Schwab purchased tires on a Saturday in mid August. The store was very busy as employees were helping other stores with deliveries etc...leaving minimal staff to work on quite a few vehicles. I was pleasantly greeted even though the staff was working their butts off trying to help everyone coming in (which was a lot of people). I was informed that the wait could be pretty long but they would get to our vehicle soon, the wait was not that long and the service was great. Jon (manager) has a great staff and the employees are serious about their work and it shows with all the repeat customers.”
“I came by to get my tire pressure checked and filled after a warning light came on. Someone approached me right away, checked all the tires, was really courteous and professional, then finally said everything looked good and it was probably just normal wear as all tires were around the same level.
Where else can you get that level of service for free? If this is how they treat non paying customers, then I will definitely be back when I need other work done.”

“Really exceptional customer service from Les Schwab! Canadian here. Had a really rough day getting through the border for my nexus interview then punctured my tire with a nail immediately afterwards. Les Schwab got me in to have the tire patched for free and really turned the day around. My tire was fixed and mounted with the spare stowed in less time then I could have lunch across the street. Huge shout out to Caleb and Owen for the awesome service! It’s been ages since I’ve felt like a business was just doing something kind without any strings attached and it really meant a lot. These guys are the real deal! Check them out!”
