“I visited this store when it first opened almost 20 years ago, and found myself there again recently. They were and still are super friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”
“Excellent auto body shop, with skilled techs, I used them in 2012 for a major repair, front right quarter sheared off an expensive sports car, and now for minor left rear quarter body damage ... both restored to showroom quality ... this is definitely the place for your more expensive cars when you want flawless repairs and you have a discerning eye for the smallest flaws ...”

I ended up buying a jazzy carbon, I can't tell you how awesome it is. I'm able to get around and then I can put that chair in the back of my truck behind the seat, fits perfect. Weighs less than 40 lb. I will not go anywhere else.”

“We chartered three buses for a school trip from Kent, Washington to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These buses were excellent, and the drivers were both friendly and professional. The buses were comfortable and even showed movies during the trip. There was lots of storage room in the compartments below, and surprisingly places to plug in computers and phones under the seats. Overall, we were really happy with this charter bus. It was also significantly less expensive than some other services we explored. I felt really safe with my driver. I would definitely recommend them, especially for school trips.”
“Very quick and easy to reserve a car. The workers were all professional and made it very easy to modify my reservation and extend it. They also let me drop off my car at the dealership so that I didn't have to pay for a rideshare back. When the dealership forgot to tell them that my car was ready to be picked up, they didn't charge me for the dealership's mistake. I will go there again anytime I need a rental in Tacoma.”

“This review is far overdue at first I was not happy with my rental at all. When I first received my rental car from Alexis it was not only not clean from the inside the mirror was broken already from the inside on the 2nd day of our trip the Radio in the car was not functioning at all. I took plenty of pictures and videos right away. Now on returning the car Janita was super friendly and patient I explained my situation on why I was not happy and showed her the photos and videos. She not only has great customer service but was super understanding in my situation did everything in her power to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. I will definitely go back to purchase with her only I do recommend Janita ! She made my first rental unforgettable , and really appreciate how understanding she was.”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”

“I recently rented a car from Avis rental, I made the rental through the hopper app. The Hopper app indicated I would be renting a Toyota Camry however, when I got to the rental, the only thing they had available was a RAV4. It worked out fine for me because I was just concerned about mileage gas mileage. The process for picking up the car was pretty seamless, the customer service was pleasant and attentive. The return of the vehicle was a very streamlined process. I just gave the key and they sent me my receipt by email. Other than taxes, there were no additional charges to the rate I had been quoted on Hopper. I was very happy with my experience with them and would definitely recommend them to others. I did ensure that the vehicle was clean on inside and outside when I returned it to ensure I wouldn’t be charged a cleaning fee. Thank you guys!”

“I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Because this is a small office, it can get busy at time, especially in the mornings, but for me, that's never impacted the quality of their service at all.
