“I have (unfortunately) needed to use the services at Hinshaws Auto Body several times. They have always provided me with excellent service. Today I needed an estimate for some damage done to my gas door which was keeping it from closing. Jerry (the estimator) offered to take my car back to the mechanic to see exactly what part might be needed. When he brought the car back - the door was actually fixed (5 minutes) and he gave me some options for touch up paint work if I wished. To actually come in for an estimate for a repair that turned out to be simple - AND have someone just make the needed adjustment rather than write up a costly estimate for something that was so simple - I am an so thankful. Thankful for the honesty and thankful for the simple helpful fix. No words can express my gratitude.”

They had us in and out within two hours of check-in. They gave us in briefing and orientation for the Audi, which has quite a few specifications. it was easy to get inside and outside the parking lot. They also have a restroom for the customers.”

“We chartered three buses for a school trip from Kent, Washington to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These buses were excellent, and the drivers were both friendly and professional. The buses were comfortable and even showed movies during the trip. There was lots of storage room in the compartments below, and surprisingly places to plug in computers and phones under the seats. Overall, we were really happy with this charter bus. It was also significantly less expensive than some other services we explored. I felt really safe with my driver. I would definitely recommend them, especially for school trips.”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”

“Super friendly. Easy to drop off metal for recycling. Your truck gets weighed coming in like the dump, they tell you where to drive (that was a tad confusing, but people directed us). You unload the metal yourself, and leave Ina big loop back to the scales. Super cool piles of everything, giant wrecking machines, welders. You get weighed, and go up to the office and they pay you. FYI you have to have a valid ID with you to get paid.”

And they made leaving with the rental so easy. My mom didn't have to get in and out of the car(she uses a wheel chair) they came out to us while all the paperwork was taken car of. They contacted the at faults party insurance Co for payment for vehicle coverage. Now they are covering the insurnace on the car while I have it. Saved me quite a bit of money. “Convenient location and friendly staff. No need to go to SeaTac if you don't have to. Reserved a car on the Avis app and pick up was quick with no waiting. Vehicle selection is not as large as the airport location but they'll upgrade you to another class without charge. Alaysha was cheerful and helpful at pick up and so was Regina when I dropped off. I will definitely rent again from here in the future.”
