From the woman who answered the phone when we first called (sorry I didn’t catch your name!), to Jace helping us with our check-in time, to Yeti making sure we left with a car that actually fit our needs, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.
I was a little worried about the car size since we have a toddler, and both Jace and Yeti took the time to make sure we were comfortable and situated with the right vehicle. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was being a hassle, but everyone reassured me that they were happy to help.
Genuinely refreshing to experience such great customer service. People are usually quick to share when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure I shared when a team gets it right. Thank you all!!!”

Was able to pick up my car at 7:30am pretty quickly and it had a full tank of gas, so didn't need to stop to fill up until I took it back. The car got 48 mpg!! “Overall Experience was Above & Beyond. I originally rented a car from a different location but unfortunately my son was too big for that vehicle at 6’5 he wasn’t going to comfortably enjoy 15hrs in the car, the manger Alesha took care of us immediately put us in a mini van at no additional cost. Richard started the exchange, it was painless, great customer service and support with the process. He was conversational, warm & easy to talk to while we exchanged vehicles. We will always choose Enterprise were we are Welcomed not tolerated, meaning I didn’t feel as if I was bothering them for a service they provide & even when I made a mistake. Thank you very much!”
“Making the reservation online was easy. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. Although they didn't have the vehicle I was looking to get. I was still very happy with the truck I received at the same price of the car I was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Dropping the vehicle off was very easy and took very little time. Overall 10 out of 10 for my experience and I would use Enterprise again in the future.”

“To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”

“I've rented from Budget/Avis in Puyallup multiple times. Between having my car in the shop and adult kids coming to visit, it's probably been about 5-6 times. They're down to earth people who try to help you get the best deal. They aren't fancy with fake smiles and have never tried to push anything I didn't ask for. They've been flexible and honest about all charges. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an easy rental car experience.”

“The sweet lady who was working was on lunch when we arrived to pick up our car. The site let us schedule for noon- which it shouldn't bc thats regular lunchtime for them. We knocked & she still opened the door & took care of us during her lunch break! We were very thankful not to wait to start our vacation & appreciate her alot! Also!! Do NOT schedule an appt @ noon so she gets her lunch ;-)”
