We ended up with a Jeep Wagoneer fully loaded for the night. I was able to safely and comfortably get this woman to dinner and Devil Wears Parata safety and comfortably. “This place is a little too busy. It's because we probably need a larger one here or another one here. When you fill out the app online, you don't always get what you want Or the system's not exactly working very good and you dont get it on time either. But in the end the employee's work hard at getting you something. My first car, I got had an engine light and was slightly dirty I went back the next day and they did give me another car so far so good.”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”

They're down to earth people who try to help you get the best deal. They aren't fancy with fake smiles and have never tried to push anything I didn't ask for. They've been flexible and honest about all charges. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an easy rental car experience.”

“I recently rented a car from Avis rental, I made the rental through the hopper app. The Hopper app indicated I would be renting a Toyota Camry however, when I got to the rental, the only thing they had available was a RAV4. It worked out fine for me because I was just concerned about mileage gas mileage. The process for picking up the car was pretty seamless, the customer service was pleasant and attentive. The return of the vehicle was a very streamlined process. I just gave the key and they sent me my receipt by email. Other than taxes, there were no additional charges to the rate I had been quoted on Hopper. I was very happy with my experience with them and would definitely recommend them to others. I did ensure that the vehicle was clean on inside and outside when I returned it to ensure I wouldn’t be charged a cleaning fee. Thank you guys!”

“I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Because this is a small office, it can get busy at time, especially in the mornings, but for me, that's never impacted the quality of their service at all. Ive just been really pleased with my rental experiences at this Hertz officeand will definitely be back!”
“Pick up was simple, not the fastest but never expecting a fast pick up. Car was clean and returning the vehicle was a breeze. Hand them the keys and go.
Only thing that I could see as bothersome for a customer is that there was only 1 employee. She was clearly overwhelmed. That didn't stop her from doing her job though. Cant remember her name but kudos to you for committing to helping the man in front of me, the person on the phone, and myself and then customer after me. I will be back to rent again”
