“Incredible customer service was given here even though this DHL location didn't have my package! The employee knew exactly which location had my package, provided that destination's street address to me, and offered detailed written instructions that worked perfectly for how to navigate the DHL 800 call center since the website had been failing! She came across as very knowledgeable about how the system works and she was extremely polite as well!
After endless internet frustrations and dead-end attempts with both the online vendor I had purchased from and DHL's online network as the tracking number showed my package had sat in a single DHL warehouse for over 20 days, this was my first time interacting with this Federal Way service point. The excellent in-person customer service at this location was who finally successfully guided me to be able to finally be handed my package in only about half an hour after ending our conversation! I'm relieved to finally have the product I had ordered off the internet 30 days ago! Thank you for expertly sharing the knowledge needed for me to resolve the shipping situation!”
“Let me start by thanking ownership and management for the effort of making sure that I was taking care of. Let me say I do not know who the owners are but I would love to meet and shake your hand. It’s a rare thing when owners take the initiative and make sure it gets right. To everyone who reads my review this place will get it right if not the first time come on back they will get it right. Applaud to this UPS. If your in the market for a mailbox look no farther. Let the UPS store be your home and more. Oh yes one more thing don’t let the one stars be a deterrent. That I can almost guarantee if this stays in this ownership it will all become 5 star service.
Edit for update: I have been with this store for about 6 years. I have to say this store has some of the best customer services and really welcoming staff. I am very grateful to give them my service. Please if you are looking to ship or even purchase a mailbox, this is by far the best place to do it.”

“I was just in there, but six or seven minutes taping up a box I was trying to get delivered and listened to this lady Diane behind the counter. She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. Diane had the attitude like it was a great day to be alive and it made my day a little bit brighter! Especially after telling me of the holiday price increase! ?. LolLet me add another name…Emily! Just left there again and now it was the two of them working, what a great team! Emily gave me all sorts of advice on buying/selling apps too, very helpful!”
“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“My appointment was at 12:00 pm showed up at 11:30 am. They gave me a door shortly. Was loaded and paperwork in hand by 2:14 pm. Everyone was super helpful and plenty of room to back up.”
“I went and asked if they do USPS. They do not, but the guy says he'll add the packing slip in plastic bag and put on the package for me no cost so I can drop it off at the post office. I know this isn't their service but its excellent customer service. I'll be back here explicitly for my future shipping needs. Keep it up UPS!”
“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

“Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.”

“Shipped a Lexus LX from Seattle to Kona. Had to pick up in Hilo and car arrived in perfect shape. Doc workers in Hawaii were on strike (not Matson’s fault!) so had to come back for our car. The associate who helped was so attentive and understanding. It was 100% out of her hands and again, so helpful. We’re getting ready to bring the car back to seattle and will use Matson again. We’ve used them 5 times a now (Seattle to Hawaii and back between containers and vehicles) and will use again. Mahalo Matson for a good experience!”
“Min and her team at the UPS Store in Proctor are aces in my book. They helped me ship two much-needed boxes to Japan as part of my move, including helping me brainstorm the best boxes and being patient with me when I forgot a whole other item I forgot needed to be shipped. They did a great job making sure everything got there safely and securely, as evidenced in the photo. I gave them a PlayStation 5 in some bubble wrap and they made sure it could make the trans-Pacific journey in style.
If I were still living in Tacoma, I'd be using them for all my shipping and mailing needs.”

“I went to return some items to Amazon and at first I had selected the wrong return on the Amazon website which would have required me to supply a box and label. Unfortunately the 2 male workers were not very helpful stating that I would need to pay $8 for a box and label. I stood aside and started trying to cancel my return and redo it. I was having issues and Jessie came out from the back and was incredibly helpful. She was very patient with me helping me update the return so that I could do it for free from this location. The site was being frustrating so it took about 15 mins off and on of her assistance. She went above and beyond! I returned yesterday to do another return and Jessie helped me again. She was so incredibly positive, kind and patient. I wasn't particularly happy with the first workers my first trip because they weren't helpful, but Jessie saved the day. UPS is very lucky to have this employee at this location. She is a great asset to your company and provides exceptional customer service.”
“I have been doing my taxes here for over 3 years and even tho I been moving to different states annia is always so helpful. She does everything fast and efficient and always with a great attitude. Everything is done through email and text and she still manages to answer all of questions and concerns. BEST PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES!”

I hadn’t used the FAX machine at this location and he took time out his busy day to assist me fax some important documents. I wish I would have gotten his name but I didn’t, however, he was the only worker there at 845 in the morning I could see! Big shoutout to him for helping me get these documents scanned and sent! “I've been here a few times delivering refrigerated loads. The office staff are very friendly and quick to get you a door. The guy in the back unloading is really friendly as well. Usually unloaded and out the door within 1hr. 4 stars for the very tight backing.”

“The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”
