I purchased a used Jeep from the dealership a year ago, and although I encountered some issues with the vehicle, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed. He worked closely with the mechanics and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. The repairs were done smoothly, exactly as promised.

Everybody was welcoming The girl that helped me I believe her name was Chanel She was super sweet and very nice that smiled made me feel so welcome and I was just there to buy a keychain everyone was super nice. Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. These guys have been my shop for 9 years, and they just earned my trust even more.”
“Stopped in with a question about my gauge cluster failing. Typical GM product. Walked out an hour later with a rebuilt cluster to include adding a transmission gauge. They were quick, polite, very reasonably priced and have the neat guard dog named Archie! If you need gauge cluster rep, they are the shop to stop at.”

“Had some reservations about taking my 2016 GMC sierra for a A/C evac and recharge. The appointment portal was very easy to use. As I walked in the door Andre greeted me and got my info and was very clear on what they would be doing and they followed up with an email with a detailed list of what needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner and was $100 dollars cheaper than other bids i received. I have been on Ft. Lewis/JBLM since 1999 and this place has had a bad reputation since then, I know every situation is different but, I was pleased with the work and the service.”
