“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched.
One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

The gentleman helping us, I believe his name was Jason, said it would cost more to fix it than the car was worth after he looked it over. He was very kind and gave my husband some time to make the decision to total the vehicle. We were not charged for this service.”
“I brought my truck in to isolate a new noise that my truck began making. They were very thourough in their inspection and isolated it to my transmission. It was not the news that I wanted but I trust their evaluation based on my research prior. I have some big decisions to make going forward and I expect them to play a part in them. I've done my own repairs but am unable to anymore so after other flakey mechanics, I hope I have found a new go to. They care and follow up with you, making sure that you're satisfied with their service. Sam and Mark understand customer service and I will be back”

“Memo and his team are simply phenomenal. Honest, friendly, caring are just a few things that come to mind that reflect how I felt after getting my tires replaced. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes after getting 4 new tires installed. After chatting with Memo, I learned they have been operating out of the same location for over 40 years. In today’s world, that kind of tenure for a small family business is simply unheard of. My only disappointment is that I wish I would have met these guys 25 years ago.”
“I had to have my car towed because it wouldn’t start and when I called Midland auto they informed me that they can take my car day of. When it got there they were quick to inform me that it was in the shop and the same when they called me to inform me of the issues. They fixed my car same day and I was able to take it home that afternoon. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and if I have any other issues.”

“Needed my tire fixed in an emergency from a huge bolt in my tire. Came into their lot a bit early before they were open but they immediately asked me what the issue with my tire was and they worked on it right away. Fixed my tire super fast & sent me on my way in under 40 mins!”

“Another shop had determined my high mileage vehicle likely blew a head gasket when it lost all power and was misfire on Cylinder 1 and others on that side (1,3,5) were 'wet'. They refused to repair head gasket given the mileage (fair) and quoted HUGE price and TINY warranty for both used and re-manufactured engine replacement.
I had intended on scrapping the vehicle. Full throttle offered a vastly better price on remanufactured engine with a MUCH better warranty. They wisely first offered to troubleshoot it and found the ACTUAL root cause, the repair was spendy but thorough, the cat converter(s) were clogged, they helped resolve a misfire/tune up outside of that, transfer case sensors, rear brakes etc. and now @195,000 miles it runs like a swiss watch! Immediately drove to Portland and Vancouver B.C. and it drove like a dream. I appreciated the thorough troubleshooting and tight communication. RECOMMEND!”

“I was helping my mother-in-law find a car that fit her budget, but I also wanted to make sure she ended up with something she wouldn’t regret buying. She landed on a 2026 Mazda CX-5, and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
I personally hate buying cars. It always feels like there are surprises, people don’t listen to what you’re actually asking for, or the numbers change once you get there. Luckily, we got connected with Mike keeler at South Tacoma Mazda over the phone before coming in. We did an application online got approved for the financing and Mike made the logistics very easy.
You can tell Mike has been doing this a long time and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. He’s been there for around 30 years, and it shows. I called ahead and explained exactly what we were looking for, including the financing and payment range we needed. A lot of dealerships won’t really work with you over the phone, but Mike took the time because he could tell we were serious.
When we arrived, everything was exactly what we had discussed. No games, no surprises, and no trying to push us into something different. We were in and out with a fair deal and the exact financing and payment we were hoping for.
If you’re looking for a Mazda ask for Mike Keeler at this location, I’d absolutely recommend working with him to all my freinds and family”
