“UPDATE: The shop ended up refunding me for the TPMS sensor and the manager was very respectful about the situation. Updated from 2 to 4 starsThe manager seemed like a good guy and helped me out as much as he could. This place seems to have really good reviews which is why I came here, but I’m going to leave an honest review from my experience. Maybe the employees were having an off day. I drive a newer car with 5k miles on it. Bought it brand new from the dealership. Bought aftermarket wheels for my car and requested the stock tires to be put on my new wheels. One of the Mechanics tells me I’m missing a TPMS sensor. I find that hard to believe since the wheels and tires are stock and the tires have never been removed. I’ve never had a tire pressure light come on. My car always shows me the tire pressure for each tire on the dash accurately. Called the dealership that I purchased the car from and apparently the chances of a brand new car missing a TPMS sensor from the factory is basically unheard of. I asked the manager of this tire shop if I could get a new sensor from them for free, but I was forced to pay for it. Seems like one of the mechanics broke it off and is trying to cover themselves. Also, one of my center caps is missing.”

“Me and my partner had a difficult time finding a fairly priced tire in the area. We took the tire off and brought it in one day. The staff was helpful and very accommodating of my son. The worker brought us back and showed us in person the tire.We picked the tire and he grabbed it right there. Old school, simple, and American as all hell ??. They let us stand outside the bay and my son got to watch them switch the tire over. However, this is considering there were no other customers so please don't refer to this review if you bring your rug rats in. But my son got to ask questions and they answered them. When they filled it with air they noticed it wouldn't hold. They then swapped it out for a slightly more expensive one and covered the difference.I really appreciate one man who checked the second tire for leaks. He looked tired as my son bombarded him with questions. He was very kind and patient and answered his attack for knowledge.Which makes me proud of this business operating in the area. They even informed us of a free tire balancing and alignment after our purchase (if I'm mistaken please don't hesitate to inform me.)I plan on using Jeff's Used Tire from now on and look forward to their help from now on.”

“David was great. My car randomly stopped turning on 4 days before an across country road trip. I originally took it to Bucky’s for a quote. They told me I only needed a new starter and that they were going to charge me $1,285 after tax. So I called 8 different shops for quotes and most places were around that same price. I was starting to panic because it felt so expensive and it was such an unexpected expense. I finally found one place called Ball Auto. There price was 55% cheaper than Bucky’s but the problem was that he couldn’t fix the car in time for my trip due to understaffing at the moment. Luckily he was a great guy and recommended Expert Muffler and Auto Repair to me. I called them up and there price was 47% cheaper than my original quote from Bucky’s and they they said they could fix it one day! I called Triple AAA and had them tow my car over to them but when I dropped off my car, I noticed the battery was dead in my car. The tow truck guy told me they must not have even checked my battery. So in the morning I called and had them check everything and they let me know I needed both. At this point I just needed my car to work so I was very appreciative of them truly checking everything for me and doing their due diligence. All in all, I got a new starter, a new battery and my tires rotated for $468 less than just a new starter would have cost me at Bucky’s”
“Amazing service, had my 2005 2500 Cummins serviced at Dodge awhile back horrible service spent 5k and things weren’t fixed lol. Had some terrible noise while driving and so I found this shop and paid a diagnostic fee and they went above and beyond just a normal diagnostic fee, told me a lot of things that were wrong and or needed to be looked at and addressed. I highly recommend this shop over any dealership when it comes to diesel trucks or trucks in general, actually treated me like a customer which is hard to find now days. Thanks to John and the crew at total performance you will be getting my business again in the future.”

I am very particular on who gets under my car but these guys did a great job. The computer system was reset and the nav works so much better.
