“Fix Auto did a great job of fixing my car, the work looks great and my car came back clean. Really though this review is for Jessica, the most caring person I've ever met! Car accidents are bad enough, add on being hit by an uninsured driver plus dealing with your own insurance. It's absolutely exhausting, it's frustrating, it's an all over gross experience, and our accident wasn't even bad. When I showed up to Fix to drop my car off, I was in tears. I couldn't figure out how to get my insurance on the phone for a rental car, nor could I figure out how to get to the rental car lot with out having to spend more of my money on an Uber. Jessica made a few phone calls, then drove me to Enterprise HERSELF. Everything was worked out quickly and I was home in no time.I took her a Frappuccino but really what I wanted to give that woman is a pay raise.Should I ever need more work done after an accident, I'll go back to Fix Auto in Gig Harbor, simply because I know I'll be cared for.”

Ellison, Sarah, and Corrine made it easy to get our SUV fixed—First, they “went to bat” for us by convincing insurance to cover necessary repairs,Second, they regularly texted us updates on the vehicle’s progress.Third, upon completing the outside of our automobile they carefully cleaned its interior. It hasn’t looked this great in years.Fourth, after we accidentally left our garage door remote in the rental and drove to a neighboring city, we emailed the Gerber team:Ellison personally went to retrieve it before the rental company drove off with it forever!A five star experience?For sure!”

“The shop fit us in quickly and did a very good job on the repair. There were a few hiccups in the process though that extended time in the shop. There was never a call or text to let us know when the schedule changed so we had to call them daily. We had a rental car 4 days longer than the original plan. This was a point of frustration.”
