“Went here and spoke with Matt regarding new tires for my BMW X5 35i. He was very nice and helpful. Checked out my car, let me know there was also a rattle which I had been hearing and that they would have to check out the hoses. They gave me prices on two different types of tires for my oversized wheels. Very reasonable and affordable. And I had already checked out three other places and they were still more reasonably priced. Also spoke with John a couple of times and he was also very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. When you go here they make you feel comfortable doing business with them. I definitely recommend them.”

He was able to install two new front end bearings right away which alleviated the problem. My daughter uses the car for her business and needed the car. So it was a great relief. Good service. “Fix Auto did a great job of fixing my car, the work looks great and my car came back clean. Really though this review is for Jessica, the most caring person I've ever met! Car accidents are bad enough, add on being hit by an uninsured driver plus dealing with your own insurance. It's absolutely exhausting, it's frustrating, it's an all over gross experience, and our accident wasn't even bad. When I showed up to Fix to drop my car off, I was in tears. I couldn't figure out how to get my insurance on the phone for a rental car, nor could I figure out how to get to the rental car lot with out having to spend more of my money on an Uber. Jessica made a few phone calls, then drove me to Enterprise HERSELF. Everything was worked out quickly and I was home in no time.I took her a Frappuccino but really what I wanted to give that woman is a pay raise.Should I ever need more work done after an accident, I'll go back to Fix Auto in Gig Harbor, simply because I know I'll be cared for.”

Ellison, Sarah, and Corrine made it easy to get our SUV fixed—First, they “went to bat” for us by convincing insurance to cover necessary repairs,Second, they regularly texted us updates on the vehicle’s progress.Third, upon completing the outside of our automobile they carefully cleaned its interior. There was never a call or text to let us know when the schedule changed so we had to call them daily. We had a rental car 4 days longer than the original plan. This was a point of frustration.”

Would highly recommend for your glass needs.Note- Originally took to a large competitor, suggested by our insurance. Never again, they had the truck over 5hrs and hadn't touched it by the time we went back.Stay local- remember Speedy Glass! No disappointments!”
