“I brought my 22 Ram 2500 in after going hunting and rubbing it through a narrow road of sage brush which left large scratches on both sides of my truck. There were also some scratches here and there that accumulated with work but it got to the point where I would get upset looking at my truck and thought I needed a new paint job.
I live about 40 minutes away and was going to bring it to a local detail shop or look at a paint shop but my buddy from Tacoma said I need to go to a serious detail shop and to bring it to Metal Magic.
I'm glad I did my truck looks like it did when I brought it out of the car lot. I attached a photo of the scratches before and a couple pictures afterward. They also did an excellent job detailing the interior. Highly recommend!!”
“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched.
One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Khaotic 4x4 and everyone there. After having troubles with other big name shops, I finally brought my rig to Khaotic. They helped me figure out what to have the other shop fix. Then, when I took my rig to them for a major repair, they found a way to make it quicker without sacrificing quality. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and honest.
The best part is that the prices are comparable to many other shops that would do a much lower quality job. I've paid equal or greater prices for much lower quality work that just ended in headaches.
I've got one more big job to wrap up my rig (hopefully) and I won't take it anywhere other than Khaotic 4x4. It's so nice to have someone you can trust to do the job the right way.”

“Called from Lacey to order a used, matching wheel hub for my KIA Soul. One came in that looked pretty good, especially in photos sent to me - as photos can be very much overly forgiving... Yet they told me it had some tarnishing in the paint -which I noticed upon zooming in and looking closely- and they offered to reduce the price. I didn't agree and asked for another one to be sent in, which they promptly did. I find this type of honesty and forthrightness very refreshing nowadays, as opposed to nyst having me drive up from Lacey and baving them simply tey to push it off on me without further pointing out any details or minor flaws, don't you?”

“This is a pretty small store compared to others I've visited, but somehow they pack it in. I a mobile mechanic and I work on a lot of bikes in a lot of different areas and when I'm in a pickle for something like an oil filter, battery or a tube, these guys generally have it. Other stores? Not so often. And sometimes I go in the Tacoma store and it looks like a mess, but when you stand there and take it all you, you can see just how busy this store is. Customers tear it up! And these guys work hard to get it squared away our after hour, day after day.
All I can say is thanks guys. You're all awesome and every time I go in, you treat me like the most important customer ever! 👍”
