“We always get there a few minutes before and are seen within 10 minutes. If we're running a few minutes behind they don't bump us. Dr. Berry has been awesome answering questions and seeing us if something comes up. After a procedure there was a small issue (not caused by dr) and I sent a message at 7am and as soon as they opened they called and set up an appointment. Super happy with our child's care.”

“The pharmacist work so hard to deal with a terrible pharmacy setup. They have to deal with so many disgruntled customers because their pharmacy isn't providing them with the bare minimum tools required to run a pharmacy. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION STATUS WITHOUT waiting on a long phone queue, hoping that they maybe received your phone message, or driving into the facility to wait 15 minutes just to find out they never even BEGAN to process your request. This isn't the pharmacist's fault. They are doing everything in their power to help customers despite all the frustrations each of us is met with Hilltop's terrible computer systems. This is a huge failure on the Pharmacy itself, and whoever is in charge should feel terrible for putting both the pharmacists and the patients in this position, when there is such a standard solution - they just aren't willing to put in the effort in or pay for it.”
