1st time going to Mackert and will not be the last. Had a weird issue with an older Jetta, had it towed to Mackert. The "weird" happening was not happening anymore, but they did a full diagnostic and charged me nothing. Don't get that honesty very often anymore.

I was going to spend so much money on new brakes and all these other things on the recommendation of both Les Schwab and Jiffy Lube and Mac helped me out by being honest and they let me know I didn’t actually need to buy those parts yet. I’m very grateful.
