“I took three return packages in to be shipped, but forgot to take a photo of the return label that was required by one of the sellers. I called the UPS Store a couple of hours later and Albert(?) very kindly took the time to find the package, take a photo, and email it to me. He even called to follow up when the first email bounced! Thank you for such excellent customer service. I appreciate you!”
“It’s a very convenient location, and the store is very neat and clean and seems to have everything needed! The prices are fair! It’s a much better experience than going to the post office that’s for sure! The people that work there seem to be very knowledgeable and most of them are really friendly. The nice thing is is you can send something but USPS there as well.”
