“Shoutout to Postal Annex! They previously helped me design and print a banner for my business to walk in the Maritime Gig Festival Parade for a very reasonable price, with fast service. Last month my cat went missing and I reached out to them to help print fliers. The staff were empathetic and prompt and as the weeks went on, they were always so kind to me. I brought my kitty home 4 weeks later and printed banners to inform the neighborhood and they gave them to me for free!
They are awesome and I will always use them for any type of printing. They are neighbors helping neighbors.”

“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”
“I needed to get some paperwork witnessed and notarized. Although I was unfamiliar with the process, the gal who served me was very helpful in explaining it all and reassuring me. They were all kind and efficient.”

Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?”
