“I was hesitant to return my Amazon items here after reading reviews, but I had absolutely no problem. The gentleman working was friendly and efficient. The return was a breeze (I handed him the items, he scanned the QR codes on my phone and printed me a receipt).The reason I didn't give this location five stars was because I've been here a few other times when it was busy and the store seemed a bit chaotic.”

Not only did they came out fantastic, but quickly and cost effectively.They were the hit of my late mother's Celebration of Life. Patrick at Postal Annex understood the importance of these prints to me and my family. He provided me guidance and proofs along the way. “A lifesaver! We needed a Deed of Trust notarized and tried 2 other UPS locations (Gig Harbor Point Fosdick and 72nd and Portland Tacoma) and they couldn't help us. Either they didn't have a notary available or for the Point Fosdick location a lady said she couldn't do it on a busy Saturday. A very nice gentleman at the Harbor Hill location told us we could email the document to them and when we got there they would print it, notarize it, scan it back to the company and also mail a hard copy to them. Everything went perfectly.Great customer service!”

“I stopped by the UPS store to buy stamps & there were none in the drawer & the associate went in the back room to check with his manager, Kathy. I heard Kathy on the phone & the associate said she would be with me shortly! A few minutes later Kathy came out & sold me a roll of stamps. She mentioned this was a good time to buy them as the price is increasing at the end of January. I thanked her for telling me about the price increase.”

“It is the holiday season, the busiest time of the year, there’s only one window opened, one staff covering a very long line.I have been to other locations in the past, I’ve never seen only one window open in the holiday season. I hear other staffs working in the back.I feel quite bad for the only one staff working.Such a long long wait”
