I’d much rather spend a little more supporting a small business like Mud Bay than a chain pet store. “We moved to WA a year and a half ago. Didn't realize our daughter was going to surprise us with a 6-month-old Boxer pup, however thankful Bayside was right around the corner and everything worked out perfectly! Bayside met our expectations, along with excellent service in every way. Robert and his staff are welcoming and always a pleasure to work with. Max loves Bayside too! When I mention Bayside, he gets so excited he's running all over the house until we put his leash on. Thank you Bayside for all you do, we appreciate you, and Max says thank you also!”

“I was able to walk in today and get my dogs nails clipped right away on the spot despite being busy with other dogs! It was $23 for cut and dremmel which I thought was a great price compared to having my vet do it. I have driven by this store a million times meaning to go into look at their nursery and plant pots but never have. I walked around the store while my dog was getting his nails trimmed. What a cool place.... Part pet store, part hardware store, nursery, clothing... it was just so cool! I'll be stopping by Wilco a lot more often!”

“I always bring Myster with me when I go in to pick up his food. He is well behaved, and the staff are always friendly, aware of his size, breed, and courteous. I had asked one staff member where his brand of dog food (Fat Dogs) was located as we couldn't find it, and she quickly walked toward us to take us down another row, at which point he started barking at her as if to say 'not so fast'. I did apologize for his barking at her, explaining that to him, she rushed up to us, and he was protecting without being aggressive. She didn't acknowledge, just shied away from us the rest of the time in the store. The rest of our visit to this location was great. He met another dog, other customers who asked to pet him, commented on how well behaved he was.I have observed that most of the staff approach customers slowly when they have their pets with them, no matter the size or breed. I'm sure she didn't mean any harm as she was busy, and I hope she is fine, but that she will think twice before approaching someone else in a hurry. Even small dogs protect their owners.Thank you, I love shopping at this Petco.”
