They were very kind and understanding took the time to work things out. It is the best pharm in the state. Other pharmacys need to observe their example and follow suit.”

“They have always been great for me and my family for a Very Long Time. Always can answer my questions and the staff is extremely nice, busy or not busy and they get very busy at points, but never seem annoyed if something needs to be fixed or questions...Even though it says Senior Care they do everything else it seems to me cause I've been going there since I was 27 and I am 38 now and my parents went there along with my grandparents. All the upgrades that they have done are great and it's still has a good family feel even with all the upgrades.”

“I came in after getting a flat on the highway. I didn't have an appointment but the person who helped checked my tire out and said they could fix it but it would take awhile because they were slammed. It ended up being about an hour later and I got a call that it was unrepearable and I would need to get a new tire. Thankfully they had one left and prorated the mileage for the new tire (I got the new tires in november) so it came out to be 50 dollars. Another hour to install the new tire and I was on my way. I really appreciate the warranty and communicating with me that the tire it turned out couldn't be fixed and let me make a decision on what I wanted to do.”

“Angelica with Bartell Drugs deserves an award for outstanding customer service. I had a horrible experience with another drug store pharmacy and Angelica went above and beyond to take care of my prescription needs at this Bartell Drugs. She patiently called my insurance and went through several people to try and get a prescription removed from a closed pharmacy (they auto filled and held my prescription even though they were closed and I was in pain from an infection and needed antibiotics). Even though the insurance company wasn’t able to process the cancellation, Angelica was able to fill my prescription that evening. Five Stars for you Jelly!”

“I usually get great service at Bartels and I love to support local businesses. I had an issue today with a prescription where they made an assumption rather than calling me to clarify an obvious issue. This was frustrating, but they did their best to fix it for my quickly and the employee I dealt with was very polite and professional. On top of that I understand that many places are short staffed right now and it's more difficult to follow through with the best service on everything. I would still rate Bartels 5 stars.”

“My experience with this cvs has been pretty pleasant. I have never had a problem with this location. The staff has been very nice every time I’ve gone. They even were able to tell me when my next prescription would be filled which is great to plan ahead. I also opted in for text message updates which is helpful to let me know when my prescriptions are ready. Also is helpful that they hold the prescription for me for a matter of days too, in case I’m unable to go pick it up.”

This is one of the many places you can load "paper money" via the apps bar code the cashier scans before the transaction is even completed you will be getting a verification text that the cash has been added. Quick, easy, and friendly employees that always make anything these days easier to do. It's not pulling up to a creepy ATM with your head on a swivel day and or night time so I'll take it.”
