Safeway Pharmacy has very helpful and friendly staff who are super nice people. They provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. The pharmacy works hard to get prescriptions ready as soon as possible. During medication shortages, they helpfully suggest alternatives. The attached deli also receives praise for its delicious breakfast burritos and creating a feeling of genuine connection. The staff have a lot of work, but they try hard to keep up.
Used to be 5 star. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and all of the sudden service has been terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a loyal, to you, pharmacy.
