She was more than happy to help me find what type of oil I needed for my van. I have trouble walking and she even went outside to make sure I got the right type and offered to put it in for me. “Pat is amazing. We had one of our wipers malfunction in the middle of sudden rainstorm. Pat came out and fixed it for us right quick. So kind of him for going above and beyond his job description. Pat is very kind employee and literal lifesaver. Without Pat assistance we would have been stuck with handicapped person and a screaming toddler until the storm stopped. “First time at this location on 3/7/26, car died, needed a battery apparently and wanted the alternator checked. This place was extremely busy! Their manager not only checked what I needed, he installed my battery for me. I get that this is a service that the store offers, but he was kind, professional and did not make me feel like a bother on an already busy day with a line 15 people deep and down 2 employees that day. I unfortunately failed to remember his name, but he is the manager. So in hopes that his direct supervisor and or above sees this; He is a stellar representation of your company and I hope you recognize the value that he brings to this location and company name.
