“This PostNet has to be the top in the organization in all aspects! It is aways well staffed and the representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All of the equipment is always working, and they are there to help if you have any problems.
But the thing that stands out is the customer service! Genny, Ezra, Jacobi, and Cassandra always greet me by name (I have a business box there), and they remember things about our previous conversations. I sometimes expect them to pour me a drink and tell me to pull up a stool - it totally has that vibe! :-) I am never rushed and I have noticed that they give this service to all who enter.
Recently, I had a package that FedX lost (NOT PostNet's fault), and they have bent over backwards to help me retrieve it.
This team is why I never go to the U.S. Post Office and why I will refer any business to come here. Well done, team!”
“I really like how convenient this location is. It was a quick in and out despite the long line. I was super impressed by the speed. Got in and out in less than 2 minutes with 3 people in front of me. It's difficult to take a left out of here but that's because it's on a convenient intersection so this is to be expected.”

“I was just in there, but six or seven minutes taping up a box I was trying to get delivered and listened to this lady Diane behind the counter. She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. Diane had the attitude like it was a great day to be alive and it made my day a little bit brighter! Especially after telling me of the holiday price increase! ?. LolLet me add another name…Emily!
