“Stopped by my local UPS Store to ship back some brochures that were printed incorrectly, and I had another great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome and quickly helped me get everything packaged and sent back without any hassle.
The store was very clean, organized, and offered a wide variety of shipping and business services. What stood out most was how helpful and professional the team was throughout the process. They made what could have been a frustrating return very simple and stress free.
I've visited several UPS Store locations over the years and honestly have yet to have a bad experience. The consistency in customer service is impressive. Thank you to the team for the friendly service and quick assistance. Much appreciated!”
“We used this location to print out the ms paint user interface to make this viral mirror! The first one we printed we accidentally ended up ripping while trying to cut out the area for the mirror, and even though it was no fault of the business, the manager offered us a discount when we came back to print it out again. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Jakobi who worked with us the most! He went above and beyond with his customer service.”

She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. “The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”

“I just wanted to send a thank you and a great review to Shauna and the team at FedEx office in Tacoma.
After trying to print at the library that closed at 6:00 p.m. I sent a last minute print job to the store. I called desperately and right away Shauna sprung into action to get everything printed for me. When I decided to do self-service on the laminator she lent a hand even as time was ticking towards closing. I watched her balance four customers at closing time and still with a great positive attitude.

“For people looking at the current review score of 3.2, keep in mind this location has new ownership and the new owner, Wyatt, is absolutely fantastic.
I came in with a last-minute project that I needed for a very important business lunch and I was a bit scattered in what I needed. Wyatt was super helpful and making suggestions and also setting expectations with timeline. In my line at work I visit a lot of UPS locations and the service can be hit or miss. And so consequently, I don’t really have a go to location. Totally different in this case because of Wyatt. Every time I’m in this area I’ll go to this location because he knows what he’s doing, his staff clearly knows what they’re doing. He runs a tight ship.
So for folks who had a bad experience here maybe a few months ago, things are totally different. Go here, you’re going to have a good experience and you’ll be taken care of.

“This U.S. Post Office is conveniently located on Mountain Highway just north of O’reilly Auto Parts.
Two entrances/exits make for a pretty seamless merge back into traffic heading north or south on Mountain Hwy.
Friendly staff at the counter. Always willing to take your package/letter at the counter quickly if you don’t need a receipt. They’re also quick to help even if you do need more than just a simple package/letter drop off.
Only thing I wish they had was a spot or bin to quickly drop a package off if you don’t need a receipt when the staff is busy. The line here does backup sometimes as there are only two checkout points at the counter, so if you have a package that won’t fit into the quick post boxes, you may have to wait for a bit to drop off a box that won’t fit into the small slots on the wall.
Lobby is always clean and well maintained. Good amount of PO boxes in this location, but the availability of them is unknown to me.
Overall, a nice and convenient post office for those in need!”
