“Cannot say enough good things about this place. We go to Sorrenson's for all of our auto repairs! We recently had a vehicle that needed what we thought was extensive work and they saved us thousands! We appreciate their honesty and transparency, as well as their customer service and timing.
Thank you again Sorrenson's!”
“Everything was great and the quality of workmanship is awesome. The only reason for not being a 5 Star , is even though I gave them all my information they only communicated through my son’s number. The only time he was involved was for the appraisal and dropping it off. This was an insurance claim do to resending someone,so I only paid my deductible.”

“I would highly recommend emergency roadside assistance. When I called for the service, they answered right away and they're very reasonable on the pricing. They also informed me well enough about the competitors in the area how much they charge their dispatcher and their drivers keep in contact with you. How long the wait time until they get to the car when they arrive and they verify with you which vehicle it is and license plate number so they don't make a mistake which I really appreciate the professionalism, and they also work with you on and where you need to drop it off so once again, I highly recommend using their services”
“During a crowded, evening car show, I locked my keys in my entry! A friend called Too Cool Towing. John Jerviss navigated the crowds, quickly rescued this damsel in distress, and did so with good humor for a fair price. I don't know if he slays dragons, but he was my knight in a shiny tow truck!”
“We took a friends bucket truck to have it helped out. It ran great but when you gave it gas, it just did not want to go forward or backwards very much. It was like, top speed 25. And it shure would not go up any hill unless you had a run at it. If it was a long hill.....it would stop in the middle. J&J did a good job. Been doing business with them since the 90s. They run tow trucks and sometimes they are busy busy busy moving wrecks and other. So, be patient.”
“Had my car towed here after accident. Car was deemed totaled but they did a great job getting that worked out with insurance etc. I was in and out easily and they were very good communicators. We will use again!”
“At Hi-Tech Carstar, my experience was Outstanding! Ron took care of me and my 2020 Ram truck. I had scraps and scratches on it, after parking it at the grocery store unfortunately and now it looks like it never happened and brand new again! Thank you to all that worked on it at Hi-Tech Carstar. I'm very happy with it and looks great ??”
“My husband's Jeep was damaged in an accident. We brought it to Car Star for an estimate to see if it was worth fixing. The gentleman helping us, I believe his name was Jason, said it would cost more to fix it than the car was worth after he looked it over. He was very kind and gave my husband some time to make the decision to total the vehicle. We were not charged for this service.”

“A friend left his car here then moved away, kept promising to get me the title now haven't heard from him...5 years the car sat in my yard and I couldn't sell it called cascade and within 2 hours it was gone. Huge weight lifted and no expense to me!”
“I was in a bad spot today and needed a tow to my home 3 hours away. Gene’s towing was able to take care of me same day and I barely had to wait at all, the gal on the phone was so nice. Nacho, my tow guy was efficient with loading and unloading my car. He was very friendly and kept me laughing during our 3 hour drive together. Thank you!!”

“Got a flat in traffic on I-5 on my way to an interview. Mike went the extra mile in making sure I got to my destination in time. I hope to never get another flat, but I'm glad to know there are guys like Mike out there ready to help if needed.”
“I've only received an estimate from them and will edit this if need be after the work is complete but everyone I have spoke to there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone from the lady who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, Shane (the employee who made my appointment and did the estimate), to the lady who checked me in when I went in for my appointment. Extremely professional and will definitely return.”
“Car would not start stuck in a parking lot . Called and the lady on the phone was very helpful and trying to give discounts to help us out. She said the truck would be there within a half hour. Truck showed up on time and Kevin was amazing he was running to get the car on the truck as fast as possible since it was in a parking lot. We arrived at the place that was going to service it and Kevin was again very quick and he was very personable. We had a large purchase in the car that Kevin even helped to get into another car. Would definitely recommend this company they helped when we were really stressed.”
“I broke down in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic cars buzzing by at 60 miles an hour on both sides sides. I called The plan I was enrolled with and they told me it would be Forever because that's how I felt when they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'm obviously going to quit this plan. A while back my wife broke down and it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to tow her.I'm quitting Good Sam. So I asked my phone for the nearest tow truck companies. Then I looked at the map and I saw that B-line Towing was close . It was Sunday and I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner because hes a one man show . I told him of my precarious situation and he dropped everything and came and bailed me out. He was there so fast it was wonderful he did everything he said he was going to do. I had never asked him for a Cost because at this point I did not care .When my car got to the shop I asked him how much ? and he said $85. He was honest !!!! polite and his truck Is was well equipped for towing . My thanks to Fred.!! I highly recommend him. If you're in the surrounding area of Tacoma spanaway Lakewood parkland Graham. and more.”

“I took my 2011 Nissan a juke to have a cargo hitch installed. I was quite nervous at the hassle of getting it put on by a stranger. We'll my experience was one of the best I have ever had at Uhaul. I was greeted by a gentleman named Dylan, he is the most knowledgeable and nicest guy I've done business with. He made me feel comfortable and worry free. A big thanks to him and Donisha for helping me out. Now it's time to go camping with my new cargo rack.”
